When the student property I have been renting has any issues that need maintenance to come and fix, Chloe F has always been extremely helpful and transparent with the progress of the issue.

Chris is amazing !!! My radiator wasn’t working and he came over to help me fix it and was very good at explaining to me what to do in order for it to work !!!

Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable staff. Moved into a property that had been "deep cleaned", yet had hours worth of unfinished building work. Appliances had not been installed correctly. Doors and windows were broken, some even unsafe and the only noticeable cleaning done at the property we had to carry out ourselves. Extortionate prices for a very sub-par property. I have recently come to the knowledge that many Coapt customers share similar experiences. It's a great shame as had these issues been communicated with us prior to moving in, they could've been resolved in a much easier and nicer way.

The service provided by Elois H was so amazing. She has made this experience for me and my partner really amazing. When we 1st had a viewing our initial flat didn't work out but she was able to recommend us our current flat which we fell in love with and ticked all the boxes for us. Thank you so much

CoApt is such a well run letting agency with genuinely warm and helpful staff. They really take a lot of the stress out of being a landlord! My properties are overseen by Chris Skilton, and he’s been great with help and advice when I need. But whenever he’s not around, someone else there will always step up and look into issues for me. I definitely recommend them all!
