This company is contracted to provide care workers.
The assessment person was called out and sounded caring and advised that as a new hospital release patient which was my friend, would be catered for .
The care workers started turning up at random times from morning to evening, totally unregulated. The office was notified however advised that as not a permenant service user you have to be fitted around full time permenant users.
The workers that arrived are unqualified as no experience on how to approach someone and introduce themselves, they have to be told what to do and follow them round. Constantly leaving a mess after making tea and toast etc, never offer to clean.
Complained to the local office on a number of occasions to prevent certain workers from retuning, as completely unaware of care work and practice.
The workers advice cannot use a cooler as health and safety risk and can only microwave food, nobody eats microwave food round the clock to suit a company and it’s profits as you have too many users.
Each time complained to the office , always rude persons answering and never any actions taken on the back of any complaint.
Totally profit focused and over burden unqualified staff. Half of which turn up with no ID or uniform.
