The initial virtual assessment with Roy was easy to do and Roy remained a helpful and proactive contact throughout the process. Even a road closure and fairly substantial detour wasn't a problem, which it could so easily have been on the day.
The removal team on the day were all polite and helpful and took great care with every item of furniture. They arrived on time, loaded the vans and then didn't take a break until everything had been offloaded at the other end. Again, the same care when unloading.

Everything went to plan and the movers were considerate and respectful.

Roy made the video walk round and quote very easy. Staff were great on moving day and cheery too.

The staff I've dealt with have had no respect for my property at all. I had stuff in storage & received it back the the house 2 weeks ago. Everything was so slap dash it was unbelievable. Everything was just thrown into the room with no care. Would never recommend this company.

I really appreciated the communication from requesting a quote all the way to signing that everything had been moved. It was helpful to have an initial visit to get an accurate estimate of the amount being moved so there were no surprises on the day. The two ‘Jamies’ who did my move showed up promptly and made me feel really comfortable and safe. They had everything loaded securely within an hour (including dismantling my bed) despite the fact I was still cleaning around them! Our timing was magic getting to the new home and again everything was in the house and bed made up within the hour. They were conscious to ask me if I wanted boxes in specific rooms and made a point of taking heavier items upstairs for me.
Made the day so much less stressful for me having a couple of calm presences - thank you!

The team at Clockwork Removals, Perth Depot were incredibly professional and efficient when moving our warehouse from Forfar to Dundee. The team remained steadfast despite challenges that arose at our end and saw the move through into the evening ensuring a smooth transition for our company.
Their staff were incredible, no breakages whatsoever, and always eager to help position everything where it needed to go.
We would highly recommend them and utilise their expertise again.
