Clockwork Removals and Storage - North London Bewertungen

On time, efficient and friendly

The team at Clockwork were so great throughout the moving process. The team were very communicative, and the team moving were professional and made the whole process so easy.

Even from initial communication with the admin team I felt like I was in safe, caring hands. On the day of the move, the crew turned up on time and couldn't have been more friendly, polite, considerate, careful and seriously efficient. Thank you Hollie and Kylie for sorting the booking and a massive thank you to the crew; Norbert, Gabor, Gergi, George and Mateus for taking away the stress!!!

We recently moved from our long-time family home in Hampstead to our new home in Highgate, and I could not recommend Clockwork highly enough. From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic.

The team was incredibly patient, professional and courteous, handling everything with care while working efficiently and seamlessly. They made what could have been a stressful move feel completely effortless. Nothing was too much trouble, and their friendly, can-do attitude was truly appreciated.

On top of their exceptional service, they were most certainly worth every penny....great value for money. For the level of care, professionalism, and efficiency they provided, I was genuinely impressed with how reasonable their pricing was.

If you're looking for a removal company that deliver top-notch service, look no further than Clockwork Removals. 5 stars all the way!!!

Efficient and professional service. Was an extremely smooth experience from start to finish. Many thanks to the team for making the move stress free.

Our second office move with Clockwork Removal and Storage. Chris was always available to help with any queries and also arranged last minute crate arrival when we were short. The team arrived on time, in fact early!, and were extremely polite and professional and looked after our equipment. It was a seamless move! Can highly recommend Chris and team at Clockwork.

I was really happy with the service provided by clockwork removals especially with Talat kayani, he showed great leadership and was able to make the whole process smooth for me. I was able to move so easily into my new place with his help.

I used clockwork for their packing service, and I couldn’t be happier. The team was fantastic—efficient, organized, and handled everything with care. Their expertise and attention to detail ensured my belongings were packed securely and ready for transport without a hitch.

Big Thanks to Robert, Sam and Sami for their excellent work!

I recently had the pleasure of using Clockwork Removals for my relocation and storage needs, and I can confidently say it was the best decision I could have made. Our house sale and purchase didn’t align perfectly, necessitating the storage of our entire household contents. Initially, we considered a local self-storage facility, but after discovering Clockwork also offers storage solutions, we made the switch—and we’re so glad we did!

From start to finish, the team at Clockwork Removals demonstrated professionalism and efficiency. They expertly packed all our possessions and loaded them directly into their storage containers right outside our property. This streamlined process meant there was no need to manually handle our belongings back off the truck and into storage; their forklift system made everything so effortless. It was truly a game-changer!

Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Clockwork Removals’ storage rates were more competitive than the local self-storage company I had considered. Not only did we save money, but we also gained peace of mind knowing our items were in capable hands.

I wholeheartedly recommend Clockwork Removals for anyone looking for a seamless moving and storage experience. Thank you for making a potentially stressful situation so simple and manageable!

Clockwork Removals, North London went above and beyond for our house move. We'd already packed up our 3-bed house, but the guys loaded the whole house in 2 hours 20 mins. When we got to our new house, the vendor hadn't packed her stuff and refused to let us in the house. The guys from Clockwork had to sit around for hours and, just to ensure we didn't incur extra charges, even helped the other removal company to get things out of the house. Eventually, we got access and the guys unloaded both the 12m lorry and the Luton van again, in just over 2 hours; ending just minutes before we were due to exceed our time slot. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Super impressed and grateful for their dedication to first-class customer satisfaction.

5/5 stars

We recently used Clockwork Removals to move our office and we're thrilled with the exceptional service we received!

From the initial crate delivery to the final handover, the team at Clockwork Removals exceeded our expectations in every way. They delivered us plastic moving crates, and we appreciated the thoughtfulness of having them delivered well in advance of the move date, allowing us to pack our office items and IT equipment with ease.

On the day of the move, the crew arrived promptly at 8am, led by Art, who introduced himself and took charge of the operation. We were impressed by the positive and professional attitude of all 11 crew members, who worked seamlessly together like a well-oiled machine. The clear communication between them was impressive, ensuring that everything was loaded and moved efficiently.

The crew handled our IT equipment with care and precision, and we were relieved to see that everything was treated with great attention to detail. Our office was transformed from chaos to calm in no time, thanks to their hard work and dedication.

We were particularly impressed by Art's leadership and ability to keep everyone focused and motivated throughout the day. His team's positive energy was contagious, making what could have been a stressful experience a pleasure to watch.

We would highly recommend Clockwork Removals to anyone looking for a reliable and professional removals company. Their exceptional service, combined with their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, make them stand out from the rest.

Thank you Clockwork Removals for making our office move a stress-free experience!

I recently used Clockwork Removals for a household move from a 5-bedroom family home to a 3-bedroom property, and I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service they provided. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, the entire process was seamless and stress-free.

The crew of Gergi, Norbert, Talat, and Bobbi were outstanding. They arrived promptly on time, were friendly, efficient, and treated my belongings with utmost care. They allowed me plenty of time to decide where each item should be placed in my new home, and even moved some items around a few times until I was completely satisfied.

I was particularly impressed with the crew's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was just right. It was clear that they took pride in their work and were dedicated to making my move as smooth as possible.

The office team was also incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. My Move Manager, Marie, and Surveyor, Ryan, were always available to answer any questions I had and offer guidance when needed.

Overall, I would highly recommend Clockwork Removals to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and courteous removal company. Their exceptional service has earned them a permanent spot in my book of recommended suppliers.

An experience to remember… for all the right reasons!
My move manager Marie (North London Branch) was brilliant, assured me I was in good hands and that was true. My two removal guys were super speedy, accomplished and couldn’t have done a better job looking after me and my things.
Accurate estimate from Ryan too.
My thanks to all!
Jan.

The operatives were on time, friendly and careful. More to the point they were very quick. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

This excellent removal company is great on value, speed and efficacy. They moved us so quickly, with a smooth service. From the easy video call quote to quickly answering questions to being professional on the day.
Highly recommend.

Incredible the service.
Most happy for work and also friendly teams.

I definitely recommend this company to move your house.

I'm using Clockwork for a tricky series of moves between my old house, a temporary rented apartment, and an upcoming move to the US. I've probably been the worst customer ever - I'm always changing plans, dithering, and asking for things at the last minute. But Clockwork, especially the beyond fantastic Sherlyn, have been helpful, professional, friendly, and just generally amazing. I can't praise them highly enough, thank you so much to Sherlyn and the rest of the team ❤️

Really professional team of lads, especially Barry who was fantastic and got everything done on time. I've used a few different moving companies when moving back and forth across London, however this was my first international move and it was also the best. Everything was carefully packed up and efficiently moved. I'll be using this company again for my move back to London in a couple of years.

The team were efficient, friendly and helpful. All pick ups and drop offs were done on time and with care.

I couldn't recommend this company more highly. The customer service is first class from the booking to aftercare. The removal men were excellent and nothing was a problem. We would definitely use them again.
