I can not speak more highly of Martin from Climote who gave an excellent customer experience to my Dad. My Dad is 81 and by his own admission not very technical. Martin went above and beyond out of hours to ensure my Dads issue with his app was resolved. Many thanks 🙏

I had a couple of queries re: my climote app after moving back into my house. Having sent an email outlining the issues , I received a call back within 30 minutes. Martin was a great help and sorted out everything remotely , very quickly and with a cheerful attitude. Sometimes, AI does not know all the answers and then you need a real person at the end of the line. Thank you Martin !

I had a problem with my Climote app. I emailed, explaining the issue. A man called Martin phoned me back later that day. He resolved the issue.

I incorrectly added a wirefree thermostat to system. An assistance phone number was on installation guide and when I rang I got answered quickly by Martin who could not have been more helpful and quickly remotely sorted issue. This is real customer service and so refreshing in today's world, absolutely BRILLIANT and well done. Very happy customer here

I was able to get my Climote working again

I spoke with Martin from Climote and he was exceptional with so much experience. He went through all details step by step and was so thorough and helpful throughout.

I thought I had a problem with my climote but it turned out it was my boiler, I rang and they were so helpful and talked me through everything, I'm not very technical and they were very patient and kind, excellent service, would highly recommend,

Have had only good experiences with Climote over the years - particularly this week when I called customer services with a thermostat issue. The gentleman I dealt with was friendly, professional, courteous, and we had a laugh when we realised the issue was down to me putting batteries in the wrong way around! Great company to deal with, would recommend.

The staff were polite,friendly they dealt with my issues professionally ,promptly and courteously.They returned my call quickly as advised,and solved my problem.

I was surprised to received an email reply to my email request on a Sunday. Sarah gave me clear instructions. However I could not locate the water thermostat and on Monday morning received a phone call from Martin to explain what I had to do. He stayed on the line while I removed the bedroom thermostat and guided me through the process. All good in the end. Excellent service from a very nice team. Thank you Martin and Sarah.
