Clever Mortgages were absolutely amazing! They kept us updated at all times and offered brilliant advice. Very friendly and efficient.

From start to finish I had a great experience with them. Kept me up to date and helped me through the mortgage process until offer.
Originally dealt with April who secured our mortgage offer and after that at some point I think I dealt or spoke to nearly every member of the team, they were all always there and all knew how to help no matter who I spoke to.
Even after this, when it wasn’t their job they continued to help me when I was struggling, chasing solicitor on daily basis for updates, keeping me informed & constantly being on the other end of the phone/email whenever I needed them to help me.
Honestly can’t thank you all enough.

5 stars just isn't enough! After wanting to be a home owner for years we didn’t believe it would ever happen. Sarah was lovely on our first call but I was so hesitant to believe her when she said she could help.
We got our AIP but still didn’t believe it would happen after a bad experience with a different broker previously.
The whole team were amazing, the lender wanted a lot of information but we were always kept in the loop and reassured.
When we got the call to say our application had been approved we still couldn’t quite believe it and waited for a no later down the line but I’m so happy to say that never happened.
From getting our AIP to getting the keys it took just 7 weeks!! We now get to start 2024 with security and peace of mind as homeowners. Thank you Clever Mortgages, you’ve changed our families future x
