I would advise anyone who values there time and money to avoid this company at all costs. i bought a kranzle K7 TS from them after seeing they were slightly cheaper than other online retailers - this was a huge mistake. They sent me a blatantly used pressure washer in terrible condition and beat up packaging, scuffs all over the machine itself, hose, gun etc. There was even a Parcelforce Saturday delivery sticker inside of the box left by the previous owner ( I'm guessing its a returned item!) I contacted immediately via email and received no reply for two days so chose to call them. They were extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone - talking to someone else while i spoke interrupting me several times. They then told me to email over some photos, which i did immediately and did not get a response for another day. i asked for it to be collected immediately and a full refund to be issued as i cannot work without a pressure washer and trusted the company to deliver me a brand new unit like i had paid for.... The collection then did not happen for another two days because yet again they did not respond to emails on time! It has since been collected and with them for around 5 days and they have not responded to any of my emails or refunded the money when this is very clearly the company's mistake yet they have made no effort to rectify this. i am DISGUSTED at how this company has treated me throughout and i have lost nearly two weeks of business at this rate - I've clearly stated this yet on multiple occasions yet still no effort has been made to help and i am without a refund. If this continues on for any longer i will be forced to seek legal action due to the damage this has caused

Ordered a new Kranzle 1152 TS which arrived eventually (around a week) but turned up cracked which doesn’t affect performance but was a bit annoying.

Happily they sent a new cover for free so all sorted.

I don't leave many reviews but TrustPilot prompted me with Cleantec, after leaving an excellent review for another company who couldn't have been easier and more pleasurable to deal with.

Which brings me onto Gerald. I won't bore you with the details as I have zero desire to dwell on the dismal display of 'customer service' from him.

Buyers beware, if there's any issues with your order...

Ordered a replacement jet washer wand.
Arrived in a clear plastic bag with no instructions or other paperwork.
Immediately clear it leaks in two different places and doesn't hold pressure so useless for the job.
Messaged Cleantec twice with no response. Third attempt finally got a reply which was to take a video and send it to them on Whatsapp. Guess what, after two weeks they haven't even read that message let alone replied.
So I'm £40 out of pocket and have a product that doesn't work. Crap product and crap service so I'll use credit card chargeback to get my money back.

So a little update on this. Within an hour of my original review they were in touch promising to get everything sorted asap. Well they successfully arranged the recovery of their faulty product but have I received the replacement they promised me? Have they sent me a refund? Have they responded to any of my messages over the last week?
No, no and no! Avoid!

If you order and for any reason send them a email it may go to there junk mail like mine did ,so better ringing them ,when I did speak to them problem sorted immediately.Item was well made and well packaged .

Very fast delivery, carry handle is great, light weight pressure hose which is easy to disconnect, product works exactly as described.

I, in error, believed a more expensive machine would be more powerful, higher pressure, higher flow. Sadly not the case. Still a nice pressure washer.

I phoned this company more than once asking information on a product and got no response, I also emailed on many occasions and got no reply.

Brilliant piece of kit delivered quickly and safely. Their prices are also really competitive.
