Do not buy from these people.
I ordered two bras which never arrived. No communication when emailed. No voice mail available by phone. I called my credit card company and got a refund.
This place is a scam.

Bad quality, terrible customer service. The product is shoddy so I asked to return it (they advertise easy returns). The return process was tedious and clearly designed to frustrate you to the point of not returning it. You have to get an RMA, fill out a form and answer all sorts of questions. Not worth it. Don't bother with this company.

I ordered three bras and okay i did recieve them quickly but they came in too big on the bust and back size, even though I've checked online and made sure it was uk size not us. Then once i sent the items back for an exchange, i have been waiting for them for a month now and they keep telling me i will get a confirmation in a few days but i get nothing for weeks and its been like this for a month now! They keep saying a few days and there is nothing and they choose to reply to you or they ignore you for weeks. Its pathetic, if I could sue them i would, but i don't think it would change anything... I've paid 150.83 pounds and by looking at everyone's reviews i might be robbed of my money and get nothing... I should have read the reviews first 🤦🏼‍♀️

They over valued an item coming to Canada resulting in an extra 65$ cost for customs.
When contacted, they said they couldn't do anything about it. Offered a 15% rebate on a 45$ item. Peanuts! Never order from them!!!

Ordered 2 bras and never received them I payed for something I never received it’s not fair to me I’m on a fixed income

BUYER BEWARE!!!
Ordered 3 items totaling over 200.00 they came in smashed boxes and none fit even after following sizing chart on their website. I had to pay to return the order. It was returned a month ago and I still haven’t received my refund! I’ve called four times now and each time they apologize and say that they will send it and they don’t!

Placed an order April 13, and today (May 9) it has still not shipped. No communication on the company’s side about this.

Called customer service today and only then was I told that only one of my two items would be shipped; the other is out of stock. Requested a refund over the phone - we will see if that happens or if I’m scammed out of $70.

Terrible customer service. Ordered over a month ago - STILL HASN’T SHIPPED! Finally got a reply after multiple emails & they tell me that PART of my order will supposedly ship “soon” I will never order from them again. No surprise they don’t have a BBB rating.

Scam
Never received my items and nobody reply to my emails or follow up my phone calls.
Ordered on 7th of july and its the 18th of August now and I still don't have my items. Just wasted my time and money.
Don't ever buy anything from them.

I was a loyal customer until now. My last order included two of the exact same items. Both were size medium, however one was actually a small or simply defective. I kept one item and returned the defective one requesting an exchange for the same item. The company claims the item did not pass an inspection. It was never worn, tags still attached. I attempted to try this item on only to discover it was the wrong size and/or defective material.

I am so disappointed in the poor customer service provided by Classic Shapewear. Be warned that you may have similar issues with defective products.

I love Classic Shapewear. It's really hard to find good shapewear but the product selection on Classic Shapewear is absolutely amazing... and so many product reviews... it's just shear joy to shop. Great customer service too!!

Fast service and good quality products. Two buys so far a third on the way in the mail as I type...
