Due to CVID and other significant issues, as well as travel abroad, I was unable to get in touch with Claire Francois for a while. Thankfully, positive changes have taken place for everyone, and I can once again restart my fabulous treatments.

Stepping back into her elegant salon was a breath of fresh air. Now I can relax and look forward to treatments with Claire. What a lovely thought.

I had the best brazillian treatment at Claire Fraincoise. It was fast, relatively pain free, and the salon was tidy and beautiful. I won't be going anywhere else for my waxes from now on.

Extremely efficient and friendly service. I have finally found a salon I like, since moving to Melbourne in November. The wax was the least painful one I have ever experienced and the lovely beautician (sorry I’ve forgotten her name) was so friendly and chatty that I felt very at ease. The decor is lovely and I could tell the products used were incredible quality. Highly recommend and have told all my friends! Thank you and see you again :)

As male with grooming needs, I have never found a better service than with the lovely Claire Francoise. The salon is gorgeous and you'll always feel comfy and invigorated with the great jazz or other music being played. A total professional service from the booking through to waxing. Extremely clean and stylish salon along with a friendly face or two. Better yet, Claire always tries to accommodate me in times of short notice. Fair pricing for a quality service. I have been coming here for around 3 years now and the service has remained the same and would recommend anyone to try Claire's magic touch! Thanks Claire!

I have been going to Claire for many years for my waxing needs when she first had her salon in her city. Since she has moved to Prahran, I have moved away from Melbourne to another state but I still continue to come back to her whenever I return to Melbourne as I have not found any other salon that offer the same service and professionalism as Claire and her staff. She is very accommodating in trying to fit my schedule and has great waxing skills! Her new store is lovely; warm, inviting and very relaxing!. I recently had some facials with Claire which helped address some skin condition I had. I would recommend her beauty clinic for all your skin and beauty needs!

I love going the Claire Francois for my monthly or every other month wax (depending on my schedule). The girls at Claire Francois are super professional and efficient in what they do. They are also very approachable too. It's also a great perk that the salon is super clean and esthetically pleasing which makes the whole experience stress free. It really does have that spa feeling to it. I would definitely recommend it.

I've been seeing Claire for about 3 years now, monthly frequency for waxing. Always a great treatment, never any stray hairs remaining. I also feel comfortable to raise any concerns if I have any, which is important in a beauty clinic.

I love this salon. Claire is so friendly and professional. I have not booked in with the other staff but they are all friendly and helpful in terms of making appointments etc. I used to live nearby but I still come back here even though I have moved to a different area as I think running a small business must be really hard and I really admire how professional and friendly they always are here despite being so busy. Great service and I would definitely recommend it!

From the moment I walked in the door, Jasmine was friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed feeling like a friend was giving me a facial. I will definitely return.

Helpful and friendly staff; natural looking tan

This clinic is beautiful. However I booked in for a LED treatment, but when I commenced treatment, the staff member advised they were out of stock of the protective eye patches to be worn until this extremely bright machine. I was given cotton wool, which did absolutely nothing to block out the intense strong light, which I felt would damage my eye sight. I could hardly handle 1 minute, but the staff member seemed somewhat surprised that I couldn't handle this very strong blinding light?! She then convinced me to try another machine for anti ageing, which wasn't what I came in for. I was after treatment for my rosacea. I paid for the treatment, but left disappointed as my real skin concerns weren't addressed. The staff member was very friendly, and overall I liked the salon and would recommend still.
