Second hand clothes I bought a coat cost £580 on opening the box my wife smelt after shave on it and I could smell it this was packed terrible screwed up then had to pay to return it very disappointed as the coat was lovely bit tight xl it’s not xl more like large I will not use this company go to flannels they help you not like this company again be warned

Great item and all round service couldn’t fault it

I've never used Circle Fashion before so crossed my fingers when I ordered a Belstaff sweatshirt as a Christmas present.
The item was ordered at 4pm on Monday and DPD attempted delivery at 12.20 on Tuesday - then left it at a local Drop Off point where I collected it at 3.30 .... STILL less than 24 hours after ordering!!!!

I purchased a pair of sliders for my holiday yesterday evening, they arrived the following day and were just as described. Great service and good products!

Every order I have made has been dispatched the same day(the latest I have ordered is 2pm). I had to return an item, they sent out the replacement the same day they received the return and refunded the postage. Easy to contact as they have a contact number which seems to be a rarity these days.

ordered from here for my husband a tonne of times, always on time, always quality brands and the fact I can spread it over 3 interest free payments always helps as he has expensive tastes. The odd return has only been due to the item not fitting, always refunded fast, and updated along the process... happy completely.

Stay well clear of Circle Fashion.
I’m in the process of taking them to small claims court, £850 Moncler jacket was lost in the post, refund was refused.
No customer service whatsoever.
