Great communication and helpful advice.Turned up exactly on time and did a great job.Highly recommended!!

pleased that Chris, the owner, spoke with me about on going issue and the engineer who came was briefed. Worked really well and issue fixed.

Christopher Plumbing is the most efficient, personable, good value service I could have the pleasure of discovering. They have now visited my property for 3 different plumbing jobs, and were top quality every time. Their most recent visit was today, and the booking was so swift after requesting, I was thrilled, not to be left waiting to deal with a worsening problem. I highly recommend for great communication, top quality customer service, and a swift resolution to plumbing issues.

Really good service from the initial call where they gave us honest advice, to the actual visit where carried out the work professionally and in a timely manner.
We liked the fact that they came back to us quickly and we sensed that no job was too small for them to help with.

Plumber arrived when said and was polite and efficient so everything done in quick time. Recommended them to friend who wanted some plumbing work done

Very fast efficient service. I have used Christopher Plumbing Services for a number of years and they are always provide a reliable, affordable service.

At the beginning of September 2024, I have had a boiler installation done by Christopher plumbing services at my one bedroom house. It was complete installation of a new Vaillant combi bioler ,plus removal and dispose old boiler, hot and cold cisterns.
Iam happy with the instalation, I would recommend Christopher plumbing services, and if I need some plumbing to be done in future, I will contact them again.

Its usually bad reviews I'm putting here so its nice to give a positive review for a change.
I needed a plumber quickly to fix a non urgent leak in my downstairs toilet cistern which was leaking into the bowl at quite a rate.
Hadn't used Christopher Plumbing before but it came up top of my search. Visit arranged work carried out a day earlier than scheduled which was handy.
Prices are good and clearly explained. Martin I think it was who did the work did so in a timely manner and left the area as clean as he found it.
No messing about or wasting time.
Would use again, yes and I've already recommended to others.

I received a call back within ten minutes and they knew my name - despite a house move and decade since last call out. Quick, efficient, professional and sorted the problem swiftly. Highly recommend!

Second time using this company and both times they were easy to deal with from initial call to discuss what was needed to actual jobs. The repaired leaking cistern then replaced 2 basin taps. You know from the outset what their charges are so no surprises. Would definitely recommend.

Tom arrived on time on both occasions and did an expert job, meeting all expectations.

Christopher Plumbing’s clear pricing & quick response to phone calls and emails make this firm highly recommendable

Would highly recommend Christopher Plumbing. My first time using this company but would have no hesitation using them again should the need arise.

Chris and his team have been brilliant over the last 10 years. From installing a new boiler to smaller repairs and routine maintenance, they can be relied on to do an excellent job at a fair price.

I’ve been particularly impressed with their excellent customer care and commitment. Recently Chris went above and beyond helping me with a minor warranty issue. All sorted quickly thanks to his knowledge and relationships with the manufacturer.

Highly recommended and a team you can trust.

Very happy with the work. Thank you

Very happy with the work that was carried out on our shower. Very professional around. From the office to the plumber carrying out the work were all excellent.

All good. Thank you!

They really care about their customers and giving a first class service.
Communication is excellent.

Excellent reliable service. Answered our call for an urgent leaking valve on first contact and able to send a plumber same day. Tom was super efficient and quickly changed the valve with job completed within 15 mins. Highly recommend and will use again.

We paid £54 for 30 minutes, but after maybe 15-20 minutes, we were told a valve had been tightened, fixed and photo taken, we paid.
Less than 24 hours later we again have an under sink cupboard with water leaking in exactly the same place. We called to report the same problem, but were told we would have to pay again if it was not the same thing, as the original photo showed a leaky valve. Really? We again have a cupboard full of water, we paid “plumber” £54 and we are told nothing can be done, we will have to pay again. Really not happy, leak not fixed (why call a plumber if they can’t fix a simple leak) , more expense to us get a new plumber to fully diagnose why our under sink cupboard is still leaking water. £54 to fix nothing! we won’t use you again.

Came out at short notice to sort out pipe work and plumb in a new Dishwasher that the planned installation company were unable to complete.

Wonderful efficient service
