Amazing food that was nice and hot. Great customer service. Made very quickly

I bought a box of rice with 3 toppings and it cost £13.75 at Annandale water. The signage says £8.25 plus £2 for 2 extra toppings. When I asked what the additional charge was for it was completely opaque. Either I was cheated or the signage is unclear. Yes it's only £2.75 but if I were to order again I would ask in advance what the cost is. At best unclear. At worst a sharp or dishonest practice. Also receipt was blank.

Called at 14.00 at Allendale Water services. Half the dishes weren’t available, dish was loaded 80% full with rice. Quality of food was edible but not memorable and all for just £13.80.

Great idea, tasty food but spoiled by very poor value!
Just had spicy chicken at Taunton Deane services. 3/4 full of rice and a layer of spicy chicken on top, both my partner and I left a good half a carton of sticky rice.

ordered Spicy Sesame chicken on M6N Roadxhef. They’ve run out of rice at lunchtime and so counted one sesame seed on the chicken which is spicy but soggy. Not good value for £7.99 in my opinion

Very bad food! I tried their sushi the fish was awful! Absolutely awful! None of them tasted like fish or shellfish, the texture was super weird as well.

Decided to try this for first time at motorway service. Have had chicken katsu and Chicken Teriyaki. Both were awful and tasted really bad. Teriyaki Chicken had some super small pieces of kind of strange looking chicken that tasted nothing like chicken at all. The sauce was sour and nothing like Teriyaki. Noodles - just like cheapest packet of instant noodles on the market. Katsu chicken bowl fully loaded of cheap white rice and small amount of fried chicken in breadcrumbs that was dry and overcooked. Not a single thing was freshly prepared. All food is basically the worst instant noodles or rice though extremely expensive. Tried it and thrown straight into the rubbish bin. Money wasted - has never tried such a rubbish food. Will rather die from hunger than eat it ever again. Even if get paid - no way! I don’t know how this company managed to survive with such an awful food. Had to read their 2.6/5 Facebook reviews before buying..
P.S A lady who served food wore no gloves.

Had some sweet & sour chicken with noodles. 95% Noodles 5% chicken. Didn’t taste like sweet & sour chicken at all. They fill the tub up to the brim with noodles the one spoon of chicken. 😳 They had no forks just spoons. Have you ever tried to eat noodles with a spoon. 😬Won’t be using them again… Sandbach services…

During lockdown 2021, I have visited the Chozen Noodle outlet at Cobham Services M25 London Orbital on two occasions. I have witnessed an employee serving food with her mask over her chin. She is happy to breath all over you noodles.
Also if you look at the Chozen Noodle's website, you will see they pretend to serve your food wearing gloves. This is not the case in reality.
Disgusting behaviour, especially during a coronavirus pandemic. Avoid this place, unless you want to take a chance on catching covid-19.
