We bought duck with pancakes when entertaining friends.The duck was burnt and pretty much inedible.When I rang to complain was told they sell a lot of it and they were rude and unconcerned.Avoid this takeaway

I ordered duck from here. Within 1 hour of eating it I had the shakes. Next day I felt a pain down the back of my neck and upper torso and I strongly suspect there was a foreign object in the food. They probably reheated it 10 times so i strongly recommend not eating here.

I have been using this Chinese for years.last night I bought a special fried rice,on eating it :-
No taste
Very minimal meat and shrimp
More rice and egg than anything else
This take away has definitely gone down hill!

Ordered the crispy Beef and the crispy Duck and Pineapple, both of which were not crispy. The sweet and sour pork was also cold. For somewhere which has been recommended, we were very disappointed.

Order quite regularly from China Dragon always 2/3 times a month sometimes 5/10 minutes late. Order food for delivery for 7.30pm tonight 9.20pm delivery, no phone call or email to explain the delay - total lack of customer service, will never ever use this takeaway again unfortunately you've lost income of £120 month your loss will never ever order from them again, am totally disgusted but will eat food as hungry, lesson learnt next Xmas Eve will be going elsewhere

Appalling service, a waste of time and money! I ordered a meal at 7.30pm through Just Eat, and was told 9pm delivery. Not happy about it, but could wait.

9pm came, no delivery! I was informed, it would arrive by 9.30pm, which wasn't that far away. So we waited!

My children were hungry, tired, and needed to get to bed soon. But still no food!😡

Called China Dragon,who apologised, and insisted the meals would be delivered in 20 minutes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and waited (again), but, it still hadn't arrived at 10pm!😡😡
We'd had enough by then, and decided to give the children do something else to eat.
At 10.10pm, the food turned up, so we refused it and tried to obtain our refund.

This is not the first time this has happened, with the delivery, but it will be the last! I will never use China Dragon, Nuneaton, again!
This kind of service is unacceptable!

The food can be really tasty, if you order at the right time. Sometimes, the food tastes as if it has been reheated. This usually happens if you order just after opening times, so beware.
