China Division destroyed our business. They "lost" over $20,000 of our inventory and then told us we would need to pay for them to find it, which nearly a year later still hasn't happened. Sadly, with them being in China there is little we can do other than warn people. We are now forced to shut down our business because of this, and getting the remaining orders and inventory out has been a nightmare. The 5-star reviews here are clearly fake. Their app has already been removed from Shopify due to all the angry customers.

They’ve been posting fake 5 star reviews on trustpilot using their fake accounts - notice the reviewers name, location and the way they word their content.

My experience with them has been a nightmare. Definitely stay away from this company at all cost.

Chinadivision.com has failed to fulfil our organization’s needs and our experience working with them has been dreadful. Let this review be a cautionary tale, we strongly recommend that you do not work with them.

Our business relationship started in mid-June of this year. The company explicitly promised that they could ship 2,000 units of stock a day. We asked them to mail 380 units, which took them two whole weeks. Additionally, only 38% of our customers have received their stock within a month, even though this time frame should have allowed for 80% + of our orders to be shipped and received.

This has reflected poorly on us, making us seem unreliable, but is also frustrating as we have been unable to get in touch with any of their customer services easily.

Blaming time zones despite our calling within working hours, they have never picked up any of our calls. They have only replied to texts, the so-called customer manager disappeared after payment, pushing off the work that was meant to be done, claiming that it was already the end of the day. When we were finally connected to a representative who seemed more able than other employees we had encountered, they took two days to get back to us rather than the couple of hours they had promised.

Furthermore, some of the parcels they have shipped never actually left the airport and were immediately returned to the manufacturer. Failing to ensure that all cargo in their shipment was in line with international shipping laws, they have delayed the shipment of any other product, but also failed to let us know this until weeks after the fact. We are understanding of COVID causing delays in mailing, but this has been excessive. Being left in the dark and being forced to face the repercussions of problems that we have not started is very upsetting. Once again, we do not recommend you work with this company unless you are hoping to be massively let down.

Terrible service and terrible company.
They process urgent requests during 1 week ib the best case. They do ignore you and doing their best to spoil your business.
We lost our reputation, money and time with this "fantastic company".
Communication is poor and they are just laughing on you and your problems.
They do change account manager every 2 month. Seems people are not happy working with them.

Avoid this shipping provider. You will lose your money, time, nerves and will get angry customers who are waiting for their parcels and will never receive them.

Chinadivision tricks you with the shipping cost. They pick the worse shipping provider for insanely high cost without even warning you.

They lose packages in the warehouse.

It takes weeks to get a simple answer from customer support. For an example of how many units you have in stock or how many orders are shipped. Yes, you have to ask customer support, because their system doesn't sync this info.

They may ship canceled orders because again, their system is trash and doesn't sync with their workflow.

As a result of our short collaboration with Chinadivision we lost around $10k in lost units and extra shipping costs. We worked with many other providers, but Chinadivision is the worst you can imagine. It's literally a nightmare working with them.

Don’t ever work with China division, they are big liars, they now nothing in shipping, they will try to make you top up your account at first with 300–400$, and then they tell you oops there is a problem in shipping, so you stop working with them and they steal the money. The employee which laughed on me called Anna ( sales manager ).

Take care guys, you should be very careful while you choosing your fulfillment agent.

Don’t work with them. I was with them for a couple of months and it will take weeks for them to do what you ask, like update the stock list. And when I wanted to move stock, they will attempt to charge outrageous fees. Look elsewhere

Yes they're f***ing scammers but the part that gets me the most is that they're mean about it at as well. They scammed me for a few hundred dollars and even shamed me for not sending more.

dont work with chinadivision. they. are not honest and will lie about the shipping costs. aswell they will ship the wrong products to the customer and they need at least 7 working days to fulfill an order.
