This site has an excellent range of chilli's for those wanting to experiment with their chili making. I use about four chillies to make a rich and tasty American chili that is great over rice or with classical hot dogs. I can't wait to see how good their Mexican oregano is. There was only one chili that was unavailable to the European market, but everything else is shipped quickly and is of outstanding quality.

I first discovered Chillies on the Web through Amazon, and thereafter bought from them directly. It's clearly a company run by knowledgeable enthusiasts who are keen not just to sell, but also to spread the Word! It's an attitude I find both encouraging and endearing. The web site is a treasure trove of discovery: all the different varieties of chilli, how to use chillies, how to grow them... It's all there.

As for the products I have bought - absolutely impeccable. I've mostly bought smoked paprika and ancho chillies (the latter both powdered and flaked), and every time I've re-stocked, I've experienced the same efficient ordering and checkout process, the same reasonable and economical approach to pricing, the same swift delivery, and the same simple and impeccably clean packaging. The quality of the paprika and chilli I have bought is excellent every time - hence repeated re-ordering - and to be honest, I wouldn't buy chilli elsewhere these days.
