Ordered some trousers a few days ago. Notification that they had been despatched 04th April.
Due to arrive — 17th JULY!!!!!!!

Don't purchase from this company. I ordered over 1 month ago. Sent SEVERAL emails which were never responded to and product has yet to be received. I gave you my money and expect either a refund or product purchased!

Ordering was easy with a good choice of products. Although I expected the bottles to be bigger, the product works well and does as promised. My husband is happy with the results. I just wish the delivery was faster.

I have ordered three of these wraps as after receiving my first one I was so pleased with the quality and the price

Ordered 2 pairs of their supposedly fantastic stretchy jeans size 8. Took weeks to come poor quality and more like size 14 far too big.

Bikini poor quality, no support. Tried to return and unable to do so. Offered half refund only!

BEWARE
Bought something that I needed to return as it was too small. Suggested that I gave it as a gift to someone or sold it!! Refused to give the address to return it, said they would refund as there was no need to return it (which is odd in itself)and only gave half the amount I paid as a refund.
AVOID!!

Proceed with cautipn. Product took 4 weejs to be delivered and whrnit arrived it wasn't what I had expected. Customer appears to be sutomated and never actually answered my concerns. Overall very disappointed and woukd not recommend.

The bikini is actually nice but the top is too small. I’ve emailed customer services to return but just keep getting emails back saying my ticket has been resolved. So frustrating that you can’t contact anyone. Waiting to see the ad on Facebook again so I can leave a similar note in the comments for any other potential customers. If it had fit, would have been fine

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Ordered the ice fan and they sent a normal fan. No way of returning and no customer contact response.
RIP off merchants!

NOT WORTH A 1 STAR
I bought a fly zapper and it is complete rubbish. I should get my money back as it is not fit for purpose.
This was obviously a scam. Do NOT BUY ONE.

Ordered a fly zapper , it arrived without the ON switch installed on the body of the equipment. [ like having a light in your room but no switch to switch it on]
Customer Service wanted to charge me to send a replacement!!!! My reply to them wasn't answered so its going in the BIN.
AVOID this company and save your money.

Actually don't bother ordering from this company.
1. Sizing isn't true UK sizing.
2. I asked if I could return my items due to sizing and was told if I paid another £30 they would send me a different size and I was just to sell my unwanted items. I informed them that I would like to just going ahead and return my items. They never replied after endless emails.
I also put in a complaint to Klarna and they were no help.
I ended up having to pay for the items even though I didn't want them, and now I've been left with clothing that doesn't fit.

Do not order from this website.Placed an order on 1st May and despite numerous emails just get an automated response saying we have answered your email which they haven’t . SCAM

As with other reviewers, this company must be a complete scam. Poor product with no support. I didn't try bottoms but top looks awful. No customer service, just keep getting an automated reply that my email has been replied. My email request was not replied. No information on returns/refund.

The company eventually did make contact and were very polite. They indicated it would be to expensive to return items for a full refund without informing of costs but offered me a partial refund of £10 which i have received and to keep the tops. I modified one top to add more support and close gaps to make appearance acceptable and donated the other to charity. I will increase my experience from 1 star to 2 stars and amended title.

Purchased a bikini as saw a advert post on Facebook saying how amazing it was. It really wasn't. The fit was horrendous and didn't do anything for you. Tummy control wasn't even there and the cups on the bikini made you look horrendous . I wanted a refund and just now keep ignoring me.

Absolute scandal of a company. Like the other reviewers I had to return my items and have been completely ignored. I've emailed 5 times and get an automated text back saying they have received it and nothing else. Absolutely no chance of returning the items or getting my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Item received in around 10 days from order. However, requesting a return address has been a disaster. Like another review they simply do not reply to your e mail and send a message to say they have. I have sent at least 6 messages and all have been ignored. They also ask NOT to put a bad review about them on Facebook. AVOID !!!

The items arrived really late, my emails were ignored, I asked to return them as they didn't arrive on time and again ignored.
They now keep sending marketing emails subjected "about your order" which you open because you think it's to do with your return, but no, just loads of junk.
Ice unsubscribed 3 times and it gets ignored (shock).

Just don't bother wasting your time!

Ordered two bikinis, unfortunately one of them didn’t fit so I contacted chic outlets to ask to return it, I did get a response & was advised they would send out a different size if I wanted, I asked if I could have another colour of the other bikini as it was a much better fit. I never got a response or a replacement, I have tried to contact them again but no response, I actually like their products but unfortunately their customer service is non existent, so don’t waste your time or money, there are plenty of great companies to order from
