Great customer support and always helpful when I pop in to ask questions or need parts. They are always happy to provide advice and help you source your new bike or accessories.

I dropped in to the Harrogate store as I had an issue with one of my mountain bike cleats. I asked their advice and the very helpful person behind the counter not only sorted the problem, but also gave me some really good advice. I thought I would have to buy some new cleats, however with a little work they managed to sort out my shoe and change the fitting. The cost? £0. Passionate people about biking. Thank you, the human touch in a world that often overlooks the human aspect. Five star to the management team (this has to come from somewhere) 5.5 to the staff. I wish I knew the name of the person that helped me, but you know who you are, and thank you!

Absolutely brilliant service from the Skipton shop. Very patient and knowledgeable staff, never felt pressurised and certainly didn't feel i was being 'sold to'. I was provided with all the necessary information and pointed in the right direction.
I would not hesitate to recommend Chevin Cycles.

Really helpful friendly bike shop, nothing was too much trouble, Mark at Skipton spent lots of time ensuring that I was getting the right bike and accessories, and answered all my questions.

We took two bikes to the Otley store for the £60service.

A few days later we got a call to say the first bike was fine and needed to work.

The second bike needed work, but I said do not do anything as I have another bike and did not want to spend money on this one.

The chap said he would do the cables, so as I had said clearly do not do any work that costs money, I opresumed it was included in the £60 service.

A few days later when we went for the bikes, the first bike we were told had new cables so was charged for them (this is a year old bike only been used a few times), and the other that I stated do not do anything to had a lot of work done to it.

I was very shocked.

I would not use them again.

We haven’t been the easiest customers to deal with. We purchased 2 E-bikes and they didn’t match our expectations of them, We contacted Chevin Cycles and Sanjay couldn’t have been more helpful, without any hassle whatsoever the bikes were changed without a surcharge. We have now had our new Raleigh E-bikes for 3 months and we are delighted with there performance they are perfect for our type of riding.
