Terrible company. State London on marketing and have co.uk email but based in Asia. Quality of products is shocking. They make returns impossible. Do not order from them. Have reported to Facebook and will explore other options to complain.

I rate this zero, 2 dresses arrived, I ordered 1 I ordered size 12 cotton dress I received cheap synthetic fabric size 20, I give up never order of Facebook again.

This is a company made to look like they have a store in London but they DO NOT and if you need to return the item you will be asked to send it back to China.

Quote from thier customer service team. " Returning the item won’t be a problem. However, we generally advise against sending returns back to our central warehouse in Asia, as the shipping cost can be quite high (around GBP 20), and there’s also a risk of the parcel getting lost in transit."

My mum unfortunately got had by this company and have had to action a chargeback on her credit card. Has caused a lot of unnecessary stress.

Do not buy from this company. Refund requires paying for the return of goods yourself via recorded delivery to China. This is expensive. Stupidly I feel conned by them to buy two dresses. I tried to cancel the order immediately and despite this and a window of 109 minutes they refuse to cancel the order. They don’t have the first idea of what they can sell in the west and think we will put up with rubbish. There are a number of reasons why they make returning items difficult. Another horrendous company showing lovely pictures of lovely clothes which they are not. These companies need to wake up and realise their merchandise is unacceptable.

This company popped up on Instagram, so I decided to research separately.
Looks a legitimate ‘Family run company.’ It is NOT. The posting is a scam, there is no address for the shop! The products were of extremely poor quality, plus the clothes advertised for sale do not match the type of clothes in the shop window they have appropriated on their website. As for the couple in the photo!!! Trying to return was a nightmare as had to ship to China - decided not worth the cost, particularly as their returns information stated ‘items often get lost!’ Their get out! I threatened legal action and finally got a refund, but wish I had read the reviews beforehand. This is a Chinese company holding themselves out as a legitimate London company with a shop! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

If I could give it no stars I would. What an absolute abomination of a company, disgraceful. Went on their website, looked legit, London based store with a sale. Got suspicious when product arrived via an airport, probably from China, had absolutely no labels in it, no idea how to wash, where it was made and shit quality

Should have read reviews first! It's a scam. Dress just arrived. Nothing like description. Made of awful nylon material. Far too small. I could sew better myself. You can see all the white stitching on the outside. It's the worst garment I've ever seen. I made better at school.

I wish I had read the reviews about this company before I purchased an item. Trying to return it is proving to be extremely difficult and, I suspect, impossible.
I would not recommend this company.

A more correct company name and description would be Liar & Scam, China, established under many, continually changing names.
A blouse looked nice, it's so cheap and rubbishy I doubt that even the charity shop would be able to sell it. It cost £25 but, when I asked for Return details, I was told it would have to be sent to China and that would probably cost around £20.
And, of course, these scammers have my credit card details.

Same experience as others have written. Paid £27 for a dress which looks like £8 from SHEIN. Same response as others have written about returning to Asia. Then no response.

I contacted my bank and disputed the purchase. The bank have temporarily refunded me and now contact Chester and Claire for a refund. So if you haven’t gone down that route, it’s worth a try.

My order didnt even arrive, said "failed delivery" but i have ring doorbell footage at the time 6:24am (who delivers at that time!) to prove that no one delivered. I have started the long process of trying to get a refund but suffice to say i will NEVER use again. After reading some of the reviews i doubt i will ever get a penny back and if they will will ever respond.
Update, order arrived. Polyester not cotton and the most appalling, cheap, tat I've ever had. Going straight into bin as too ashamed to take to charity shop. Don't buy from here

Placed order for holiday dresses for my wife. Didn't arrive in time as had no idea they were coming from China. Asked to return and they said my reason did not fit their return criteria. So I then said they were too big. Had to return to China and had to arrive in 30 days. Even if still in transit full refund would not be given. On the end took 35% refund and will sell to try and recover cost.

Product was not made of linen/cotton as advertised. Pure polyester,shapeless and unwearable. Total rip off. I paid 53 pounds for 2 dresses that I wouldn't even clean my floor with.
Goods took ages to arrive, coming from China. The track my order page is a fake. Fake company,fake goods. Thieves and liars. Do not buy from them.

Do not use this company. They are based in China not London as inferred the goods are of extremely inferior quality and look nothing like the pictures, they make it very difficult to return for a refund. I did get a small partial refund after many emails and the dresses are now in the bin.

Do not buy from this company. The tops and dresses I purchased were NOTHING like the pictures online. The materials were paper thin and not as described, the lengths were much shorter than advertised and the sizing was actually three and four sizes smaller than the UK equivalent they promised. A complete waste of good money, AVOID!!

The £29.99 dress was described as cotton- linen but when it arrived, was in fact polyester and spandex. The picture looked like the pattern in the material was part of the weave in the material, but was actually just printed on.
I asked to return the item for a full refund but was told it would be at least €20 to return the dress to Asia and items often go missing in transit resulting in no refund. They offered me an unspecified partial refund instead.
Funnily enough the sellers website makes no mention of the impossibility, nor high cost of return, nor of the return address being abroad.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
This Company may have previously been Chester and Clarke which has received many similar reviews!
