Card does not work
I purchased a card several months ago & activated it as instructed but haven’t been able to use it either in store or online…frustrating. I need to phone (office hours only) to sort it out but haven’t had time. Despite the promises, cash back etc. has failed to deliver.

Ridiculous and useless I had this card and was using it daily…
I had this card and was using it daily for about 6-8 months and really appreciated the ease and convenience and money saving. Then one day while in the supermarket I tried to top up my balance prior to paying which was a regular thing and it would not top up from my bank account. Trying to get hold of anyone to discuss this from the charity worker card (ODE) organisation proved incredibly difficult and then when I did finally have a conversation they said I needed to contact my bank as they must have changed something because the details ode held were different to my details. Nothing had changed at all from the previous day and when I contacted my bank they agreed nothing had changed and that there was nothing they could do as the issue was clearly with the card. So back to the charity worker card people who said I should change my bank account. What absolute nonsense and totally impractical. I cannot transfer my own money across now to enable me to use the card so it renders it useless; it is absolutely ridiculous and I am losing out on discounts at a time when I can ill afford to.

Most advertisers require a work e-mail. I volunteer for two registered charities, but do not have a work e-mail address for either of these businesses. I can't therefore access your offers, and feel very frustrated. Can you help with this please?

I very much value the Charity Workers Discount as, over the last 5 years I have been able to get some lovely clothes at a price I can afford. I've also got great discounts on the AA which have made such a difference to my budget. The discount makes me feel valued and being able to reward myself for the work I do not only feels one of the best things I can do to promote my self care as well as my self esteem. I have tried to book things on the sites on the link and they are sold out. One of the ones that is continually sold out is airport car parking, every time I have tried to book they are continually sold out. This is very disappointing

Generally my experience of using the site is very positive. Yesterday however, I received a discount code for Northern Trains which was not recognised and therefore did not receive the promised discount. I am guessing that this is an issue with Northern Trains but it was frustrating nonetheless

It’s so amazing to receive discounts for doing a job I love in Animal welfare . The discount codes always work are very generous and are actually off of shops and websites that I use regularly and not obscure shops I’ve never heard of . Sephora , Pandora , urban outfitters , Charlotte tilbury to name just a few. Thank you very much .
