This is a total scam and when you try contacting them, they ignore emails and block you on social media! Thieves!!

Material is horrible, it doesn’t fit well and their refund policy is atrocious (€30 to send a dress back!!! When you pay £5 for postage to get it originally). Will be binning the dress.

Wish I’d read reviews before purchasing.

They take no ownership for the courier- if there is a mistake with delivery.
Quality of garments is AWFUL not like picture- and they charge €30 to return! ( more expensive than the garment. They are a disgrace- I WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!

On the page they wrote that material of the dress is Georgette meanwhile the label on the dress says 100% cotton. The dress looks totally different, not only the material differs but also color and neckline. Very poor quality, looks more like pajama. I do not recommend, those are just scammers.

Ordered a dress, it took ages to arrive. When it did it wasn't what I ordered. It is cheap material, not as described at all. Supposed to be an XS but massive. No tags on it. Emailed them, no response. Emailed 3 times in total to receive nothing. You cannot return without them emailing you so can't even return it. Also they charge to return, + an extra fee in euros which is more than most of their items cost. Complete rip off.

Has anyone got a contact number for these please I ordered a dress 4 weeks ago which I still haven’t received I have sent several emails and had no response to my last two so wondered if there was a number.

I ordered yellow gold in what appeared to be a wood or imitation wood box. I received a silver item in a black paper box. I asked fore a return label so I could return for refund. According to their return policy. So far I have asked at least 15 times within the first 3 weeks with no response. At 80 years told first time I’ve been scammed. I guess I’m getting old. Scam scam scam

My dont spent £70 and received an item in a different colour with a different wing logo in the back. The track suit was fine but he emailed requesting information on a return and has not received anything. He just wants to return this in exchange for a different colour. Do not buy from this company.

Täysin huijaus koko kauppa.Tuotteet eivät vastanneet lainkaan mitä piti. Palautus erittäin hankalaa ja joutuu itse maksamaan palautuspostimaksun joka ei todellakaan ole halpa. Ei jatkoon.Ei tullut aitoa tuotetta vaan feikkituotetta

Aivan huono firma.tilasin 31.12 2022 mekon eikä ole vieläkään tullu. Ei missään nimessä kannata tilata täältä mitään.

Feikki Uggit tilasin minäkin🙈palautus mahdotonta. Klarna onneksi hoisi puolestani taistelun ja en joutunut maksamaan penniäkään. Klarnaan siis vaan yhteyttä ja kielteinen vastaus kaikkeen mitä Celestes yrittää alennuksiaan tarjota.

Tuote tilattu joulukuussa, eikä ole vieläkään tullut lukuisista kyselyista huolimatta. Kuukausi sitten sanoivat paketin olevan tulossa, eipä ole näkynyt. Onneksi maksoin klarnalla,joten en menettänyt rahojani. En voi missään tapauksessa suositella tätä kauppaa

Älkää vain tilatko. Täysin laaduntonta sontaa ylihintaan. Palautus mahdotonta. Klarnaakin kusettavat. Palautus osoitteeksi oli merkitty myytävä talo Hollannissa.

Huijarifirma, yli kuukausi mennyt, luvattiin lähettää paketti uudestaan heidän piikkiin ja sitten loppui vastaukset.
Älkää ostako heiltä mitään!!!!!!!

I purchased from Celeste.se back in October 2022 and have had issues with delivery, product quality and customer service.

Huijausta! Tilasin Ugg kengät. Eivät olleet todellakaan, lisäksi koko ei vastannut tilattua. Aivan liian pienet.
Tuotteen palauttaminen omalla kustannuksella Kiinaan olisi maksanut yli 80€?!
Lisäksi lähettivät ja veloittivat kaksi paria kenkiä, vaikka olin saanut vahvistuksen sähköpostiini, että vain toinen tilaus oli mennyt eteenpäin. Kun lähetin kuvakaappauksen heidän vastauksestaan niin nyt sanoivat, että olen tilannut kahteen kertaan ja joudun maksamaan molemmat. Nyt minulla on kahdet liian pienet feikkiuggit. Kalliit oppirahat tuli maksettua. En enää ikinä tilaa kyseistä yrityksestä mitään!

Eipä näy näin 3 kk jälkeen vielä tuotteita. Sähköpostia tulee joka päivä jossa kerrotaan uusista tarjouksista. Suosittelen vahvasti välttämään ko kiinan kauppaa.
