At SmartPension we have a young, 25-people strong SRE department of great engineers divided in three separate teams.

Cloud Logix engagement with Smart was fundamental for shaping our infrastructure and the whole department. Olivier Butterbarch either lead or was the reference expert for any high-profile projects taking place (he redesigned all the terraform code structure and deployment pipelines, took care of improving the security posture of the organization implementing AWS Config, guardduty etc., Designed and lead our Hashicorp's Vault architecture and many others ).

During the year he worked with us, Olivier not only was a problem solver that could provide extremely solid working solutions while immensely reducing our time to prod, but also mentored many of our engineers (from mid-level engineers to seniors, including a couple of our SRE team leads) and his recordings are an essential part of our onboarding process. He also was extremely approachable, with an energetic positive attitude and I've never seen him not smile - a great team builder as he is a person that my team member just love.

I would definitely recommend CD Cloud Logix to any organization that needs to move their SRE/DevOps practices to the next level, or just feel they won't be able to deliver an infrastructure project on time while maintaining high-quality.
