Charlie Pack and the team at Charles Cameron have been absolutely exceptional throughout the process buying my first property. Always friendly and professional, super reliable and prompt with responses, Charlie made sure I had a clear overview of my mortgage options when buying my first property. I felt at ease knowing I could always contact him to discuss my queries (of which there were quite a few!) and was guided well through various stages of the transaction. It was a second time in a few years I was using Charlie's and Charles Cameron services and the quality has been constant and second to none. I used Charles Cameron to find a mortgage for my first home (help to buy). I worked with Trishul who was incredible.

As a first time buyer, there was so much I did not understand and a lot of things made me nervous but Trishul explained everything so well and was really understanding and supportive. Trishul worked super hard to get me the mortgage I wanted- there were a few moments when we weren’t sure if the bank would approve but he worked late at night and often with very little time to make sure I got the best offer.

We approached Hayley with concerns of recent interest rate rises but our current mortgage didn't end until December 2022 which meant an ERC would be payable if we were to leave early.
