Excellent pre trip planning and information. Timely responses to flight changes while travelling. The trip to Antarctica was outstanding ! Everything ran like clockwork. I am using Cazenove+Loyd for my next trip to South America !

Cazenove & Loyd were excellent at understanding our somewhat non-conventional requirements and putting together what was a real once in a lifetime experience itinerary. They were also extremely proactive in their communications and amendments to the itinerary when, at the last minute, there were some issues related to the country we were visiting. We would also highly commend them for their "behind the scenes" coordination with local in country agents so that everything ran very smoothly for the whole three week trip. We have travelled extensively for a long time and our "experience" hugely facilitated by cazenove and loyd ranked as one of if not the best. Thankyou.

Went to places and saw things that were far beyond our ability to organise. we stayed in excellent hotels and had very good guides. What trip!

Organised a trip to New Zealand for about a month (in February) and by and large it was good, with occasional hassle over a choice of hotel and or a restaurant. But overall really good and only slightly less excelent than an earlier trip to Botswana which was excellent.

The C&L team clearly know their market and came up with a perfect itinerary that matched our brief. It would be hard to find fault with any of our three destinations.

We already knew what we were looking for and Cazloyd
delivered the package. Provided useful advice regarding the charging policies of the Resort in advance. Further had useful post holiday observations to guide our choice for the future.

What a very special holiday Caroline organised for us in Mexico! So much attention to detail with such thoughtful guides all of whom made our visit an enormous success. Our holiday was fascinating and the expertise of Caroline and her team is outstanding.

Great personalisation, communication and great quality.

We've done several trips relaying on travel experts to arrange our holiday. Our 11-day journey to Colombia stood out and felt better than others because of the choices that have been made regarding accommodation and the selected local travel partners (guides, support, etc). The quality was consistently very good and our expert Caroline did a good job pulling everything together for unforgettable, positive memories. We were fairly unlucky doing some tours during national holidays which resulted in sub-optimal experiences, which probably good have been picked up at scheduling stage. Having said this, the people on site, as welcoming, kind and joyful they are, did their very best to maximise our experience. Thank you.

It took some planning, five nights in Finnish Lapland for 18 people with an age range of fifty years for a special birthday. Caroline Marber's experience, knowledge and contacts did the trick. From snowmobiling to husky sleighing, ice floating and lots of sausages and berry juice, we had an unforgetable time. And yes, the northern lights danced for us on our last night. It was magical.

Our 3 week trip through South America taking in the Galapagos, the Amazon, the Caribbean coast in Colombia as well as hiking up to 5000m altitude in the Andes worked flawlessly. I didn't have much time to involve myself in the planning, with a few pointers Caroline put a great trip together, exceeding our expectations. We stayed in fabulous lodges and hotels and ate fantastic food and always felt safe and in very good hands. I am certain if we were to suggest another trip organised by cazenove&loyd all our young adult children would sign up straight away again !

Great Honeymoon!

It was wonderful working with Flora at cazenove+loyd. She helped make our honeymoon to Sri Lanka and The Maldieves a seamless and truly unforgettable experience. It was seamless from start to end and there was almost nothing we had to worry about which was perfect for this type of vacation. We will certaily ask Flora for help in the future! Thanks so much!

The team put together a fantastic 10-day family vacation for us in South Africa. Not only did they build the trip within our budget, but every detail was considered. Cazenove & Loyd organised the most wonderful holiday in Kenya for our family - on safari and then on the coast. The team worked hard to understand what we were all hoping for from an African holiday and put together the most amazing programme with activities such as riding, walking safari and fantastic game drives as well as giving us time to have a more relaxing time on the beach. The customer service at Cazenove & Loyd was superb: we were in touch with the individual who was arranging our trip a couple of times over the Christmas and New Year period and had very quick and helpful responses to all our queries. We were looked after beautifully in Kenya by all the hotel and lodge representatives and returned feeling we had enjoyed the most amazing experience together.
