Highly annoyed placed order on the 2nd june expected delivery next day as stated on the website. But not received so giving them the benefit of the doubt as it was weekend expected items by Monday Tuesday the latest. We'll still 10 days and nothing poor working tracking details provided by FedEx and it shows that parcel was only collected from wholesalers on the 6th. Tracking stops there though with no further updates. Have been waiting in more than a week. Email received after enquiries on missing parcel. Now they claiming FedEx made 2 attempts to deliver and asking me to pay for delivery again if I still want my order? I am not at fault and no offer of compensation.

Update 12 June. Email response saying that I missed cut of time for next day delivery. Although this was not clear. Order placed on Friday 2nd so if not processed until Mon 5th and collected from wholesaler on the 6th then the very latest my parcel should have arrived allowing for any delay is on Thurs 8th.

Tracking provided does not show anything besides pick up from depot. Claiming to send screenshots from courier which were blank png files. You have my contact details and mobile number provided for couriers on order also.

Not happy I been patient and then made to feel like I am at fault, alleging courier has made 2 attempts and no proof provided. Asking me to check my address details are correct. Which they are. I have had no other issues with business arriving at my address.

If FedEx are at fault then they are costing you business with inadequate tracking.

Update 13th.

I have now received a refund for this order, which I chose not to continue as I can not rely on FedEx and correct address and mobile number provided. They have not communicated they were unable to find address, if they actually did indeed attempt delivery as the tracking stops at collection from the depot and does not show courier anywhere near my address.

Hopefully Catwalk consider a more reliable courier, thankyou for a timely refund.

I can not praise Catwalk wholesale enough next day service good quality and reasonably priced. I’m also pleased they are now doing a plus size range too. I’ve used this wholesale a few times over the past few yrs and would highly recommend them from boutique23 accrington.

I would give a 5-star review because of 2 reasons:
1st: The customer service is on the top, regarding the information and assistance you need from them. They are very polite and professional. So, CW you have the best staff..
2nd: The items I have purchased are exactly the same as the photos and especially description. Also they come well packed, and in the right quantity..
The models of the clothes and colours are the best in fashion industry..

As a byer (I will continue to buy at CW) I would give some suggestions, because there are a lot of potential for CW to improve and be the best:
-Some of the items are very thin material. Also the sizes of some and very ''slim fit''
-Give up from ''polyester'' material and replace it with more qualitative material..Is such a pity that so special models and colours of the clothes are made from polyester
-Improve the real size of the clothes, I mean...L size, should be L size
-The delivery should be improved...I took the clothes 2 week later, anyway it can happen..I can accept this because my interest is the improvements on the clothes you made, but I was very stressed with the delay
-The prices are a bit high prices (the clothes, taxes and delivery) in total the final price of the clothe is high.... I can accept this, BUT as far as you make improvements in material (of some clothes, not all of them) and the real size for all the clothes
So, as the conclusion...I will continue to buy at CW with the hope that these issues will be considered by the management-they make the improvements and I than will buy only at you, not at the others..
