Another great service and product! Super fast delivery and courier updates for ETA was fab!! This is the 4th radiator that I've ordered with CIRC.

Absolutely brilliant radiators and exceptional customer service. We had to wait 3 years to fit the cast iron radiators we ordered due to ongoing renovation works.
One radiator had a problem with a faulty part and despite the order being placed three years previously the communication with customer support was absolutely brilliant and a new replacement part posted free of charge immediately.
If only all businesses were run like this!

Good experience and great product but when it was delivered by the courier it was left outside which was not a problem but may I suggest that the delivery should have been into the premises and the courier should be able to allocate possibly a 2 man crew to facilitate this.

simple easy ordering process, delivered on time without any stress and product is exactly as described.

These guys are brilliant. And the service is out of this world. I’d order a radiator over two years ago and phoned up the other week as I was installing the unit and noticed that I had a piece missing. I phone them up asking if I could purchase the missing item as it was over two years ago when I purchase the goods and they said there’s no charge and posted the missing part straight away. And I’m now sitting here next to the radiator in warmth. Thanks to the team.

Great customer service for quality products that look great.

Absolutely awful company. My radiators arrived COMPLETELY rusted through. I'm not talking "a little orange", I mean we removed the caps and there were big chunks of rust flaking away.

We bought a few of these (expensive) radiators for a full home renovation and we were concerned the rust would damage the brand new heating system, as the mag filter can only take so much rust and these radiators, brand new, were completely riddled.

It's obvious no anti-rusting compound was used when the radiators were tested in the factory. They've filled them with water and then slammed the side caps on. It's as if they've intentionally destroyed the insides of their own radiators.

We called the company and this is really why the company has got a 1 star review. The man we spoke to was rude, dismissive, condescending and spoke to me in a tone as if i was calling his personal landline rather than a business.

It became obvious the man working there had no idea how radiator systems work as his only experience was from his own being fitted, I develop period properties for a living so naturally central heating systems are not an unknown. I think you should know how an inhibitor works before talking down to paying customers on the phone.

If I could give 0 stars for this experience I would. I was open to conversation and working things out with the massive amounts of rust present, but the childish, rude and dismissive tone of the employee over the phone has made sure I will never purchase from this company again and I will ensure my friends know to keep away from them too.

There are plenty of options when it comes to buying cast iron radiators and I will not be choosing this option again for obvious reasons.

Really pleased with this. Superb quality

Usually when ordering online it’s hit and miss but I was so impressed with the customer service keeping me updated constantly , the delivery company were also extremely helpful and when I looked at the radiator I was so impressed and could not stop looking at it , I will buy more as and when I can afford to . Brilliant company and the goods are better than the pictures give them credit for , well done and it’s rare I say that now

Nice and easy transaction, and fast delivery

Ordered a fabulous Ascot cast iron radiator, in May which was delivered promply a few days later, along with the valves and stays which I ordered as required...
Because I was having a new bathroom fitted, the radiator was fitted as part of the project, but not until Sept, whilst my wife and I were on holiday, in Spain.
When the bathroom fitters got around to the radiator, they messaged me to say that the bleed valves were missing. I contacted the Cast Iron Rad Co, who explained where they would have been, in the box but after the fitters confirmed they were not there, (I supect that the fitters lost them) the Cast Iron Rad Co, very kindly sent replacements out.
The radiator is SUPERB!
It makes a beautiful feature in our new bathroom, and really kicks out some heat, and then retains it long after the central heating goes off... Fabulous purchase! 😁

Very pleased with my radiator, looks very smart.

The ordering process was very simple and delivery was carried out as promised. Communication from the sales team was excellent. The quality of the radiator, valves and fittings is first class. This is a company that I would use again. (I ordered a while ago but only recently installed the rad).
