Hello,
I am writing to share feedback regarding my experience so far.
I have held my insurance policy with you for approximately five to six months and I am still waiting for a call to confirm whether you can offer salary protection insurance in case I become sick or something unexpected happens.
When I first joined, I was provided with a quotation and I was happy to proceed on that basis. However, despite waiting for several months, I have not received the follow-up call I was advised to expect. This has been very disappointing, particularly given how important this type of cover is.
I chose your company believing I would receive good communication and timely support. At this stage, I am reconsidering my options, as I was also considering Vitality Insurance, who appear to offer more benefits and a clearer customer experience.
I would appreciate an update as soon as possible, or a call to confirm whether this cover can be arranged.
