I requested a withdrawal of 49,000 TRY via bank transfer on June 12, 2026. The withdrawal status was marked as "Completed", but the money has still not arrived in my bank account.
Customer support asked me to provide a video showing my bank account transactions. I submitted the requested video in full, but since then I have only been receiving automated responses and no real update regarding my payment.
It has now been several days, and I am still waiting for my funds. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the delay in processing my withdrawal.
I hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible and my payment will finally be transferred to my bank account.

And I think i got lucky and won 207.000k
Immediately after 10 or 15 minutes later they denied my request of withdrawal
Although they sent me an email giving me golden level which’s limited to 500.000k daily withdrawal they website started to glitch then appeared as phishing website then their live support said no we are unable to access you now we have technical issues we’re trying to fix asap
Then I received an email google warned me that this is heavily compromised and fraud website after that casibom changed their address domain more than 7 times or 8 times and money was gone and refused to assist me

I had a balance of 480,000 TRY on Casibom.com on June 9, 2025.
On June 10, unauthorized gambling activity and a withdrawal of 100,000 TRY occurred on my account without my knowledge or consent.
I only managed to withdraw 200,000 TRY before my account was restricted.
I contacted Casibom support with evidence and screenshots but received no meaningful help. I also filed an official complaint with Curaçao Gaming Control Board, but have not heard back yet.
This is a serious breach of user security and trust. I would not recommend anyone to deposit money on this platform.

Over the years, additional withdrawals have been made 2-3 times to the investment amounting to hundreds of thousands on this site. Because you cannot win in any game of this site. This is a cheap site that probably interferes with the games and the luck factor of the players with the help of the panel they use. Try your luck on other sites, this is a very wrong place to gamble with the luck factor.

The interface of the site is quite nice. I can easily access the games I want. I made a profit. My money arrived in my account within 15 minutes. I definitely recommend it.Perfect!!
