Chris was brilliant to deal with. No hard sell and he explained everything he was doing. Offered us a good price for our vehicle, better than any of the other buying sites. Had to reduce from the initial online quote, which I was expecting because of paint/bodywork issues, but he explained all of the reasons anyway and the price was still decent for the state of the car. He was very patient with me with all my questions, and generally just a lovely person to deal with. I made an appointment in the morning, had sold him my 10 year old Kia by 5pm that day, and had the money in my bank account the next day. The whole thing was easy, stress free and excellent. Highly recommended.

Had an online valuation for my vehicle and booked the appointment on the strength of that valuation. Turned up that day in Bridgend only to be given a much lower price that was originally given. These people prey on the desperate, I must point out I am not desperate and walked away thinking what an absolute waste of time and energy. My only suggestion is that you avoid these crooks and if possible sell privately and get what you deserve for your car.
These are not the worst out there but be very careful.

I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this vehicle valuation system. I received an online quote of £1400 for my vehicle, which is in very good condition with a valid MOT Until May 2027 and full service history. As the car is currently unused, I specifically purchased short- term insurance solely to drive it to the Bridgend branch for the appointment. Upon arrival, the staff member made no attempt to properly inspect the vehicle. Instead, he immediately began reducing the price without even looking at the car. The man working there wasn't interested in looking at the car at all; he started his job by finding a reason to cut the price. Two minutes into the meeting, after seeing that all the paperwork was in order, he asked me how much I wanted for the car I said £1,400. which was the online offer I received. He stated he couldn't offer me that price, and my appointment ended right there after just two minutes-without him even looking at the car. I'm very disappointed.

Very poor experience, had a price on their site then travelled down to the Bridgend branch the car i was selling was like new, they made an excuse the site has been giving out inflated prices then offered way less than the screen....AVOID your wasing your time going to CASHFORYOURWHEELS
