Shady
Over 2 weeks after buying and turns out no application was made for a new V5C, so I have to go through the process myself. Dealer is ignoring messages now. Also sold the car with a clean MOT, no advisories at all, but both rear tyres were badly cracked and needed replacing ASAP. I suspect this dealer uses a known garage for MOTs who are quite ‘relaxed’ about standards. Zero communication now issues have arisen, also I was promised car would be fully cleaned before collection which it wasn’t. Car itself is all good thankfully (now I’ve spent £350 on tyres) but the customer service of the dealer is very poor. I wouldn’t buy from here again. Also noticed others have commented about the V5 issue, so suspect that the dealer is doing something shady with the unit stocking finance company, hence not reporting changes of ownership
