I was sent a steering wheel for my 2019 Skoda karoq in early December 2020. First it arrived with leather peeling off the back. They offered a refund of 15 euros for it... I then tried to fit the wheel and found it was for the wrong model. I told Mr Pekar, the ceo, directly who said he would organize a replacement. He then stopped replying to my messages and wont pick up calls. It never arrived, I sent the old wheel back at my own cost and am now chasing them for a new wheel, over a month later. This is really, really bad customer service :(
