Got what I needed for the best price I found.

I always buy all my car parts from here because this is the only place from where you get true European quality parts and not cheap Asian analogues. The shipping is on point most of the time and haven't had any issues, yet.

No communication and order was cancelled and refunded nearly 2 weeks after ordering with no explanation or apology.
A waste of my time and back to searching for what is not an easy part to find it seems.

Very professional and proficient in what they do. Very often when buying car parts and supplies you need assistance to be sure that the parts will fit especially if the items are universal and not made for one particular model. Thankfully their support reps have always been helping me to pick the right supplies.

They have been very good in assisting me on multiple deals but recently I received my shipment that was damaged in transit. Was it the fault of the supplier or the courier we'll never know.

I consider them to be the best in this industry and belive me I have worked with many and nobody offer continuous support and assistance, post and pre-sale. All the deliveries have been shipped out quickly and I have had no problems.

Wonderful service and delivery. Their website is easy to use and everything is pretty much self-explanatory. I thought that the shipping takes longer and it probably will get stuck somewhere in customs but to my surprise it was very quick.

Great online shop for oem car parts and fast delivery.
One thing that can be improved on, is that they didnt notify me that one of the parts that i ordered wasn't in stock when the site stated 5 available. i paid for 1-3 days delivery but after a 3 days i still didnt got a link from dhl. after some chatting with a worker we resolved the situation and they paid me back the part that wasn't availible. great service ! and i will order here again

The CS team has good manners and communication skills. I needed a bunch of parts and they calmy recommend me different alternatives & explained what should I expect each of these parts.

All my custom car parts and supplies are coming directly from here. On rare circumstances where they done have what I need, they usually source it elsewhere. Very convenient service.

Seems like they have stocked up pre-pandemic as their prices have not gone up at all. The products are of a high quality and definitely not cheap Asian copies that many other sellers have. I am happy.

When all other suppliers are out of stock, I know that Cars-equipment always has what I need. They go great lengths to ensure that all items are packaged safely and somehow manage to deliver everything way before the stated time.

Their site is well organized and you can find pretty much anything you'd ever need. The shipping is better than any other close competitor and these are the main reasons why have I stayed with them so long.
