Ordered lcd display for my Fiat 500, installed and all work well good job friends.

An Absolute Disaster of a Company. I first contacted him via whatsapp about purchasing a rear view camera kit for a B8.5 Audi A4. He informed me that it was all in stock and ready to ship. I asked him if it was all genuine Audi parts and he confirmed. I went ahead with the purchase, but did it through PayPal for safety after reading some bad reviews here. When the products arrived, the electronic module which forms the main part of the kit was not right. It was a used part, and was the wrong part number. Vaclav had assured me he had the correct parts in stock. I contacted him immediately to make him aware. He said he would organise collection for return and that he would refund my money immediately. He did not process the refund. Over the course of three weeks, he sent numerous Fedex delivery dockets but must have never booked the collections so the courier never came. He eventually got DHL who were not collecting until I contacted them myself to organise a collection time. At this point I had launched a PayPal dispute over the transaction. As soon as I provided a tracking number, I was refunded but not fully. I received a partial refund of €626.00 which was the price of the kit without shipping or PayPal fee. I had to open another dispute to get the remaining €52.16 as the kit had cost €678.16. During this, Vaclav's whatsapp replies became useless and often non-existent. He has wasted over a month of my time by supplying the wrong parts, which he was well aware he was doing. The fact that there is a banner at the top of this page saying some fake reviews gave been removed sums it all up really.
Avoid at all costs!

I purchased a product from this company and I am now facing a £66 duty and tax fee which I was not made aware of at the time of purchase. I have been speaking, for over a month, with a guy from the company who has been promising me 21% of the product price refunded. He keeps telling me he will do it or has done it and nothing has appeared in my bank. I am now looking at facing debt collectors from the delivery company.

You can see that real professionals work in the store. They helped me choose the right part and quickly placed the order. It came exactly as I ordered, thank you very much, because that can often be a problem with online shopping. Will continue to place orders at this store

Low-quality chinese products. Have ordered 2 parts and waited for months just to receive cheap chinese crap.

Was able to purchase accessories for my car at a great price and website was easy to navigate. Plenty of information with regards shipping and any additional information needed before purchase was handled swiftly and politely via email.

I have bought one producr for Audi,after weeks no products recived , no answer of my emails , now i will initiate a chargeback by my bank ! SCAM Company !!!!

I have bought tpms antena for škoda octavia,after month it stopped working. I have send them back and now they are not asnwering my mails to send me new one....

Ordered carbon mirror caps. Something went wrong during shipping so the product went back to the sender. This was rectified without any problem. The product was sent again and arrived very fast.

Delivery was a lot faster than they had said. The first product purchased and was very pleased with it. I got the original part

I did order a highline camera for an Audi A3 8V. Instead a lowline camera arrived. I sent back the camera (and confirmed that was delivered) and agreed to pay an extra amount so as to send me another code. About last week no reponse at all to my mail and whatsup messages.

Since you paid for an item they wouldn't answer your emails, especially if you would like to get a refund.

Vaclav Pekar is apparently the CEO, purchased a part from him & his company "Cars equipment" He had been in touch prior to purchasing via email's no problems at-all but as soon as I received the product from them which is not even the correct/right part number I ordered, he does not want to respond to any email's whatsoever...try's to tell me that the part I received is correct but it is not!!! Also the part he sent me is also 20 euros cheaper than the one I purchased on there website. BEWARNED-SCAMMERS FROM THE START-THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING-DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE-TERRIBLE CUSTOMER AFTER SERVICE-AND THAT IS WHAT MAKES OR SETS A COMPANY APART.
