I've been in here twice. Once to purchase carpet in 2022 and another to purchase bathroom vinyl in July 2024. Can't remember the exact date. Both times, the service was friendly but the second time someone was supposed to turn up st my home to do a measure and quote and never showed up!! I stayed in just for it and no one came. Got no follow up phone call either so went some where else

Gentleman was very polite and helpful. He left us to look around and take our time and did not rush us.
Lots of great choices and at good prices.

I went in to the Braintree branch to find some flooring for a home project and bumped into Gerry and he was nothing but helpful, welcoming and a pool of knowledge and for a beginner who knows not a lot about flooring that was perfect for me!
If it wasn’t for Gerry I think I would have left empty handed. The world needs more Gerry’s it would be a much happier place 10/10 go and see Gerry!!
