Excellent very helpful staff, highly recommend.

From the staff to the Manager everyone was friendly and professional. Martin in particular was very helpful and easy to deal with.

Great service from start to finish. Had my carpet with 24hrs!

We were given plenty of time to ourselves in selecting the carpet before being offered good advice in completing our purchase. Everything went smoothly in the store and the communications received regarding the purchase and fitting were much appreciated.

I recently visited Carpetright Blackpool and spoke to Holly. Holly was welcoming and nothing was too much bother. I had been told I would have to wait 5/6 weeks for my carpet over the phone but within minutes Holly had come up with a solution and my carpet is being fitted within a week. Can’t recommend Holly at Carpetright Blackpool enough.

Good carpet and lovely staff but the facilities were a shambles...lights not working so struggling to see colour of carpet, fire/security alarm panel continuously beeping in fault and unable to pay on card as system down for at least 5 days. Had to return to store with cash

The carpet we chose is lovely but it proved to be a difficult carpet to fit on our staircase due to it's stiffness. Despite that, our fitter, Mark Naylor, did a fantastic job and we are delighted with the finished look.

Excellent customer service in store when providing a quote for the insurance company following a water burst .Once the insurance claim was settled we then went back to the store for replacement flooring for the bedroom . Lots of choice at a wide variety of prices . Very helpful and friendly staff . A surveyor even came to measure the following day and fitting has been booked in to suit our needs. Highly recommended

Advisors Martin and Ian were most helpful and we did make a purchase. Their product knowledge is good and the paper work was not too long a process. A good range of beds on display as well as carpets. Delivery is expected in 21 days as the product is manufactured for the client upon order.
All in all a pleasant good service.
