I ordered a front Grille for my Discovery Sport. The same day I cancelled the order and requested an alternative product. I was dealt with very quickly and was informed this was not a problem. The full payment was taken and awaited the part. After 3 weeks, numerous emails and being promised delivery and that the part had been changed, the grille arrived. The wrong Grille had been dispatched! I immediately contacted the company who now are not answering my emails. Very poor and unsatisfactory service !

I ordered a towing eye for my Horsebox, of course money was taken immediately from my bank, however after chasing the order they came back to say that order was cancelled as they didn’t have the part in stock, they said a refund had been raised which I would receive in 5-7 days, 5 days later and according to PayPal refund has only just been requested and would take a further 5-7 days for refund to reach my account! Absolutely disgusting customer service! Why take the order if you don’t have the item and then lie about the refund

A joke of a company. Do not buy anything from them. They send the wrong parts and make it extremely difficult to return them and get a refund.

I needed a product and car parts warehouse had a good price so I ordered it directly from their website. They sent me a tracking number and told me it would arrive next week. Their website had a large selection of products so I bookmarked it in case I needed something else in the future. Later that evening I get an odd email basically saying I haven't completed my order and one or more items are still in my cart. The email was humorously written and would have been funny if I actually left something in my cart. I double checked and confirmed the cart was empty. I forwarded the email to their support suspecting this might be some hack attack and wanted to know how the hacker got the unique email I provided to car parts warehouse. Apparently the humorous email has resulted in a numerous queries from customers because the support person apologized for it and the email means I left an item in my cart.
I noted my card was already charged and assumed my order was good and this was some sort of mistake. Then I get a couple more of those emails. I try to avoid doing business with companies that annoy me and this one was working extra hard at wasting my time. Perhaps the lowest price wasn't the best choice after all.
I checked the tracking number and it indicated the item(s) were not yet received so no delivery estimate was possible. Perhaps there was an issue with my order from their end and they don't want to admit it. Not wanting to spend even more time trying to sort this all out I told them they should either fulfill my order now or provide a full refund, otherwise I will be reversing the charge. Regardless if I get any more spam I would be forwarding it back to them - this is one of the reasons I give everyone a unique email address. I hoped this firm approach would get better results.
The next day I receive a call from the owner of this small business. He also apologized for their attempt at humor. I explained my concern wasn’t their attempt to make doing business more fun which I rather liked. It was being told my order is not complete and having to spend time trying to figure out why and what to do about it. He said they were still working out some of the bugs with their web interface but wanted to let me know the order is on its way.
Having run a small business I know how much work it can be and finding good help is difficult if you’re not rolling in money. It was clear from our conversation he cares about the company and is doing what he can to help it grow. So instead of a one or two star rating I went a bit higher because I can see potential and hopefully he will be able to get past some of these growing pains quickly. The spam did stop and I got the item a day later. I wrote this review hoping to save you from some frustration in case you erroneously get one (or more) of those emails after placing an order. If your card was charged and a tracking number assigned I was told the order is good and to just ignore those emails.

I ordered a rear boot lock for a Skoda Karoq. The wrong part was sent which was for a different model and clearly would not fit. It arrived wrapped in a bit of old card board bound up with cellotape. Return was refused as it could not be sent back in the original packing.
I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering.

I requested a part that didn't fit my car, so I returned it. The courier (Evri) never delievered the part. However, Evri drop off points don't provide any paperwork, so the part was 'lost in transit'. CPW followed up as best they could, always replying promptly and helpfully. TWENTY THREE emails between us - that's a business that is trying to help - not fob you off. When it was known that the part would not be found, I requested a half refund (remember that I had no proof of postage), and CPW agreed, and refunded within days.

They sent me the wrong part, I took it back to their distributor in Redhill, they didn't have the correct item, returned the incorrect part, was promised a refund which I haven't received. Unprofessional cowboys. Best avoided.

Please do not use this company at any cost.
I ordered a part for my car in good faith and found when the part arrived found that they sourced the cheapest part they could find on eBay. When my mechanic fitted the part it caused all sorts of other problems to the point where the part had to be replaced with a new one to resolve the problems.
Please please do not use this company as they are not a legitimate registered company at companies house.

Item delivered quickly but I had in the meantime found an old wing mirror trim and so intended to send the new one back. As mentioned by other reviewers, the returns process is problematic and seems designed to discourage/defeat attempts to do so.

Parts ordered arrived as specified and in good condition exactly as ordered.

The part arrived within 2 days which was good. However, when my mechanic came to fit it he immediately asked if I got the part on eBay!! His words were “it’s a cheap inferior part from China”, on checking the packaging the seller was Chinese. I would not use again.

Bought a set of four Mercedes tyre pressure sensors, when fitted to my two new back tyres they went flat as both valves are faulty so I had to have two normal valves put on temporarily.
Trying to get a refund is a nightmare and they are now saying that they won’t refund one of them because it has marks on it where it has been fitted and taken off. Unfortunately tools need to be used to fit items like this so it is inevitable that there will be marks but I don’t see how this affects the fact that they are both faulty.

I should have checked this before. My experience seemed very good to start with. The item arrived. When my garage tried to fit the item it did not match the photos on the website and the back of the item was totally different to advertised so didn't fit.

I have been in email exchanges for 2 weeks trying to get them to accept my return but no luck so far. I am hoping it will be resolved as they have been replying at least!

They advertised part for my car. The wrong part came. I wrote to them they told me to use return portal but made it impossible to upload the photo. God know why you need a photo of a part unused still in packaging. The emailz you get are stock answers
After ten emails and the entire night trying to upload an image of a wrong part i was able to send it and did receive a refund. Eventually. But my brain was fried at the end of the process. All i can say is buyer beware.

I would give a zero if it was possible ?
Do not use this company , their service and response to query and complaint was lots of “ not our fault “ this has gone on for four months now
I ordered a parcel shelf , it was advertised for my car and on arrival it was too small so , the advert was misleading and incorrect
They did say that they were “ not mechanics “
They didn’t need to be , just competent enough to supply what they advertised
It was a used parcel shelf that was way overpriced , when I bought a new one from a reliable source at half the price of their used one, from a decent supplier
They are an absolute shower and looking at the feedback , others have received incorrect parts like me and I suggest you read their feedback ?
I was refunded the parcel shelf eventually but, less the postage , when they sent the wrong item , it is their fault and I should have been refunded the postage too ?
All they have done is defend themselves and never offered an apology or full refund
Do not use them - an absolute shower and customer service does not exist there

The wrong part was delivered. Eventually, having returned the item, I received a partial refund. They deducted £3.05 postage even though I had sent a photo to prove that the part was for a later model. Emails were polite but no sign of refunding this postage charge.

We thought we was buying genuine car parts for our mini having previously bought the same parts from eBay and they didn’t work we thought with paying £66 extra for genuine parts that they was genuine, delivered quickly but there was an invoice in the parcel from the same person on eBay who had sent the original parts, so to be told they are not mechanics and the invoice was sent by mistake they tried to charge us £170.50 for parts that where being sold on eBay by another company for £104 so please be careful when buying from this company luckily we put a dispute from PayPal

I ordered a part which was listed as suitable for a specific car model. When it arrived, it was not in fact compatible.

I raised a return request stating the issue. They initially tried to say it was for a diesel vehicle as per the listing (this was irrelevant to the part); when I stated it was unfair for me to pay return postage, they said 'they are not mechanical specialists', they 'cannot take responsibility for issues with orders', and 'just a case the item does not match the description on the website'. There was no further communication when I pointed out that they were in breach of the Trade Descriptions Act so am still out of pocket for return postage.

It transpires that they copy and paste eBay listings from other sellers onto their website, then charge a premium for it - better off going straight to eBay and dealing directly with the seller while saving a fair few quid!
