Just a warning if ordering from Carolyn’s sweets. They mix vegan and non vegan sweets in the one bag. I thought I added a note to stop this but they’re saying they didn’t get it I sent the sweets back. However, I thought not mixing would be obvious for specific dietary requirements.
Customer service has been rather poor from this company. I would not recommend ordering. No communication regarding refund after 3 working days once the parcel had been received back. I had to follow up.

Just to confirm the truth here on this order.
A note wasn’t left with the order.
Not only Vegans can order Vegan sweets. We have multiple notices on the website regarding mixing sweets of all kind. Even a large warning sign before you press pay.
You item was left in the post box on Friday afternoon of the bank holiday. I personally issued your refund on the Sunday of the bank holiday when we weren’t in the office.
as it was a bank holiday the notifications will of course be delayed. It certainly wasn’t 3 working days!
This was all resolved promptly and we went above and beyond with accepting the return and issuing the refund.
To say our customer service is poor is very odd.

We’re very sorry about the disappointment with the sweet peanuts on your recent order.
As your order was placed late on Friday evening, we only became aware on Monday morning that the item had sold out over the weekend, as we do not operate on weekends. Rather than delay your full order for up to two weeks waiting on restock, we issued an immediate refund for the peanuts and shipped the remaining items as quickly as possible.
We completely understand your frustration, especially as the peanuts were the main reason for your order, and we do appreciate your continued custom and support.
Unfortunately stock issues can occasionally happen despite our best efforts, but we always try to resolve them as quickly and fairly as possible.
