We have just transferred to Carisbrooke Surgery. What a major difference. The transfer was very quick.The receptionist was very welcoming, polite, helpful and very professional. She advised us to complete new forms, gave us details of the website. We sent a request for a repeat prescription. Dr Sivanandhem has been in contact,which was very prompt. Unbelievable efficient service. Such a vast improvement and experience from our last Surgery. So glad we have made the move.

Started to phone at 8.30am got through 9am, very pleasant receptionist who gave me appointment at 10am, was called in at 10.05, saw a very lovely nurse I think was called Sarah, she was superb, and a credit to the surgery, well done Carisbrooke 5*

I've lived in St Leonards for just over 2 years now and I feel very lucky that I live close to and found Carisbrooke Surgery!

I say this because all my friends can't believe how lucky I've been with getting MRIs with minimum wait time and also appointments. Sounds like others struggle so I must be lucky with Carisbrooke.

Also, they have specialist clinics in Podiatry, Dermatology and HRT!! Bonus to have it all there at the practice!

Staff has also always been helpful.
