Arrogant Hair Dresser Ruined My Hair
The hair dresser I was assigned is arrogant and does things to your hair without even asking you what you want.
Here's what went wrong:
- She started 45 mins late and then when I asked her for the services I booked, she told me she didn't have time. When she saw the upset look on my face she found the time.
- she quoted almost 4 times the official prices I was given when booking
- without even asking what I wanted, she started coloring my hair and it turned out to be a disgusting color (when I asked her about the color, she said it will be like my original root color, even though that's not what I wanted)
- She left dye on my face and expected me to walk out of the salon with the dye all over my forehead, I felt I had to beg for her to take the dye off
- She kept on saying that "eventually" after a few washes, I'd get the color I wanted (even thought I told her I had a photoshoot in a few days and needed the right look)
- Oh and by the way, after many washes, the color I wanted was never achieved
- When I asked her what happened and why she didn't achieve the color I wanted, she blamed me for having thick hair
- I was originally quotes around DKK 1600.... she then slapped me with a DKK 3600 bill but only took 1700 because that's what I was quoted
- Then after the horrible experience, she sent me an SMS saying she doesn't want to do my hair next time but promised to have some one from the salon fix it...
- When I tried to book for them to fix my hair... she never responded, so her promise was a lie
- The ends of my hair got ruined and dried out... I had to cut around 20cm to take off all the parts she had colored and burned out.
The other hair dresser that did my hair was lovely... but this Linda lady is super arrogant... although I had a wonderful experience with her the first time she styled my hair a year ago... she was a disappointment the second time around.
Oh and their nail technician gave me a dry pedicure cutting the skin on my toes and making them bleed a day before my wedding where I was going to wear open toed shoes.
So overall it's been a super bad experience going to this salon. I won't go there and don't recommend it either.
