Unfortunately, the reviews posted on TP are neither an accurate or a genuine reflection on our ratings. All our verified reviews, based on genuine experiences and after-sales services, are readily available on other review sites. These sites do not allow fake reviews. However, TP has been removing legitimate verified positive reviews from our customers to ‘encourage’ us into purchasing paid plans to improve our rating scores, while refusing to remove unverified reviews. Over the past four months, TP has removed 86 verified positive reviews from our page however, allowed false, inaccurate and unverified reviews published, even after we provided information to confirm the reviews were false and misleading. AInterestingly, TP contacted us via email, offering upgraded subscriptions with promises of a quick improvement in impact (star ratings) Essentially, paying them would stop the removal of positive reviews and increase our score. This kind of behaviour is a common issue with TP and small businesses. Our understanding is that the platform's prioritisation of revenue generation over the integrity of its review system undermines the reliability of the reviews displayed. This perceived bias towards paying clients, combined with the lack of clear, transparent and consistent review moderation processes, further erodes confidence in TP's ability to provide an honest and fair representation of customer feed In addition, any positive reviews posted are automatically removed by Trustpilot, unless we provide a sales invoice as proof it was posted by a genuine customer, however negative false reviews are allowed to remain, even when we request proof of a sales invoice, or even an email address Trustpilot refuse to provide to us. Trustpilot reviews are not verified, and Trustpilot reviews are NOT to be trusted.

When problems occurred soon after delivery with the car, we raised them with the sales team who have been rude, aggressive and threatening towards me and my family. I’ve asked for confirmation of the parts used and where they were purchased from along with documentation of payments made by the warranty company Blackstar warranties all of which has gone unanswered. Do not use this company
