On July 14, 2026, I brought my Mercedes ML 350 into Briskers Foreign Car Repair shop located at 1400 Stumpf Blvd to be diagnosed because the engine light came on. Upon arrival, I met with a gentleman named Raz who assured me he would put my vehicle on a machine to diagnose the problem. A few hours later, I received a call with the diagnosis of misfiring on spark plug #6. I was advised to change all six spark plugs, which I approved and was given a timeframe of approximately 24-48 hours for the job to be completed. At the end of 48 hours I received a call from Raz stating the job was completed but the engine light was still on and the misfiring remained unchanged. For a job that was estimated to be 24-48 hours, it turned into two weeks because Raz and/or his staff lacked the competence to complete the job as identified or just did not do it, so Raz fabricated the problem to be the engine's EUC computer system, wire harness, and oil migration, which did not show any visible signs like engine hard starts, transmission shifting errors, engine stalling, etc. The OBD scanner II did not reference any problem with the engine other than misfiring of spark plug #6. I requested my vehicle be put back together and took it to another certified shop and the work identified by the OBD scanner II was completed within 4-6 hours without any problems. It is obvious Briskers Foreign Car Repair is not qualified to perform work on such high performance and complex vehicles. BEWARE of shops like BRISKERS who advertise as certified in foreign car repairs. You make take your car in for minor work, but leave with thousands of dollars owed due to INCOMPETENCE!!! I had a problem with a front wheel valve that was leaking air. three garages had tried to fix it but none succeeded. I was told to go to Renault as it was a Renault car. They told me it would cost £162 to investigate, but they could tell me the overall repair cost. I contacted the RAC who advised and booked me in later in the day with Wraysbury Tyres. I saw them they were outstanding. They very quickly fix the tyre by re-programming it into the car. Test drove it and handed it back. I have driven it over 200 miles and the problem is solved, all for £15. I will always use them in the future and recommend them to others.
