Fantastic customer service

I ordered a bunch of ink and one of the cartridges didn't work. Customer service quickly sent me a replacement and I didn't have to return the one that didn't work.

NO customer service

Several weeks ago I purchased ink and they did not install properly in my printer

Everything went haywire and now printhead is mid-aligned and even with factory ink installed it no longer works right

Sent message to them and to date have not received a reply

Sending them back and will cancel cc card payment

Won't buy ink anywhere else

Fast shipping and great customer servive. Emailed them bc I was unsure about my order. I received a reply very quickly. They were very helpful. I also love the pens! My very picky hp printer accepted the cartridges without a problem.

Excellent customer service!

My package was somehow marked RTS (Return to Sender) because the temporary USPS mail delivery person failed to find the correct suite in my office building. Captivate Ink's customer service representative (via Chat) tracked my package and then promised to redeliver to my home address without additional shipping charges. It arrived at my home a few days later (priority mail). That is customer service that cannot be beat. Will definitely order from Captibvate Ink in the future.

Cost Great

I have just installed the color cartridges so time will tell on quality of print. Low cost of these are the 4 star rating if the quality is high then they will be a 5 star rating.

Great ink replacement

So much cheaper than brand ink but the quality is just as good. Wish I'd found them sooner

Hi Dan. Thank you for visiting www.captivateink.com! I understand that you ordered our Epson CAPT200BCMY and you were not satisfied with the life of the cartridges. We are here to help and make sure you are completely satisfied with our products. It sounds like maybe the reason the inkjets appeared to be empty already is because the ink is not flowing into the print head to be used. A print head cleaning cycle helps to maintain a healthy print head by forcing some ink through it. This process may clear this up for you. Ordered Lexmark 1 print cartridge

I did the initial set up of the new cartridge and black and blue printed.

No problems

Ink was easy to order. So far, I have not had any problems with the cartridges. Shipping cost may be a reason for me to get my ink elsewhere.
