1) Terms explained and accepted before trading

Before funding your account, you contacted us multiple times regarding the bonus, scalping rules, and restricted strategies.

Each time, our team explained the rules. They are also publicly available on our website.

You later accepted them in writing before the 650% bonus and 1:10000 leverage were applied.

The published rules:

Minimum filter: less than or equal to 320 seconds and less than or equal to 5.5 pips.

Standard criteria: less than or equal to 30 minutes and less than or equal to 20 pips per lot.

Application rule: if less than 10% of trades breach standard criteria, the minimum filter applies; if more than 10% do, the standard criteria apply.

2) Report request and first report

After two days of trading, you stated you had already met the requirements and asked us to generate a report to check withdrawal eligibility.

At your request, we shared the first report, which showed 100% of trades violated the standard criteria.

Along with this, we politely asked how you intended to adjust your trading style going forward to avoid further violations.

3) Client response

You reacted with frustration, claiming you were only aware of the minimum filter and that the standard criteria had not been explained.

You began calling us a scam and threatened to leave a damaging review.

However, the screenshot you shared of an earlier chat confirmed both criteria and the 10% rule had been explained clearly.

4) Second report (for clarity)

Our monitoring system always checks trading against both filters. While the first report was generated with the standard criteria, you had already been informed by email that the account was in violation under both sets of rules.

To remove any doubt, we later shared a second report, which confirmed violations under the minimum filter as well: 47% of trades were less than 5.5 pips and 12% were less than 320 seconds.

5) Withdrawal

You submitted a withdrawal request at the same time as posting this review.

The withdrawal of your entire £1000 deposit was processed promptly.

Important: All actions—opening the account, applying the bonus, trading, canceling the bonus, and requesting the withdrawal—were entirely your independent decisions.

Capital Street FX has a 15-year track record of honoring every valid withdrawal without exception.

6) Facts for readers

All rules were clearly explained and accepted before trading.

The first report showed 100% violations under the standard criteria.

The second report confirmed violations under the minimum filter as well.

The client’s own screenshot confirmed both criteria had been explained earlier.

The account was never restricted.

Withdrawals are always processed — no valid request has ever been denied in 15 years.

Despite these facts and courtesies, the client chose to misrepresent events and publish a review based on falsehoods.

We would like to address your concerns and clarify the situation with the facts at hand:

You began trading with a total amount of $54,325, which included your deposit of $5,300 and $49,025 in bonus funds provided by us. Over a period of 15 days, you traded a total of 88 lots. On June 5th, 2024, your account wiped off completely, leaving a balance of $9.52. We would appreciate it if you could clarify the basis of your claim for additional funds.

It is important to note that the loss of funds in your account was a direct result of poor risk management on your part. None of the trades in your account had stop losses or take profits applied. At one point, your account balance reached nearly $61,000, which provided ample opportunity to secure profits. However, instead of closing your trades to lock in gains, you opted to open approximately 30 new lots, again without applying any risk management strategies. Consequently, your account was eventually wiped out. It is essential to understand that your trading decisions and style are solely your responsibility, not ours.

Additionally, your trading behaviour indicated an intent to take full advantage of the bonus funds without adhering to the associated obligations. We have consistently acted in good faith and honoured your requests. When your account experienced a significant draw-down, you requested to cancel the bonus and withdraw funds. Despite this being against our rules, we accommodated your request. You indicated that you would close your positions once they returned to profit and withdraw your funds, to which we also agreed. Throughout this process, we repeatedly cautioned you about the risks of keeping positions open without proper risk management. Unfortunately, these warnings were ignored, and instead of closing positions when they became profitable, you opened new trades.

Now, you are making unfounded allegations and attempting to demand money from us, despite the lack of funds in your account. Your actions, including sharing distorted and misleading information, are damaging our reputation unjustly.

Our support team received an email from you without any screenshot of the error. In response, they provided a video tutorial explaining how to download the trading terminal and adjust your antivirus settings, which can sometimes block downloads. Please note that your email was received at 10:42 AM on June 13, 2024 and replied to at 11:15 AM on June 13, 2024.

Furthermore, the support team did not suggest that the issue was normal. They explained why these alerts appear when downloading an executable file from the internet, a topic that can be verified through search engines. Here are a few reference links for further information:

Each user has unique system and security preferences, which we cannot override or suggest bypassing as it is completely against the privacy policies. We would like to take a moment to clarify the situation as per the discussion between you and our support team.

You used one of the bonuses that we offer to all our clients.

Based on the trades in your account, our systems flagged multiple violations of the terms of the bonus that was applied in your account. To explain the exact violations, our teams diligently sent you all the details in a report for ease of reference and answered your questions via email.

Further to our notification, the trading in the account multiplied the violations manifod.

When our teams reached out to you to advise you that this seemed to be a case of wilful violation of the terms, you informed us that you are completely unfamiliar with trading, as well as the meaning of the technical terms mentioned in the terms. This is in line with what you have stated in your post below.

Based on the continued violations of the terms, the company had an express right under the terms of the bonus that you accepted, to cancel the bonus, close the account and return your funds back to you.

In the actual event, what was done was that your bonus was cancelled, as you clearly indicated your inability to follow the terms, AND you WERE SENT FUNDS INCLUDING YOUR PROFITS UPTO the point, where you were first notified of your violation of the terms.

You have chosen to carefully exclude facts which may indicate that you did not want to trade in line with the terms and have greatly exaggerated the amounts in question.

Please Note, that the amount you have referenced, includes $1750 in bonus funds that are not withdrawable. On removal of this amount, the balance in the account is $4400 approximately. $900+ was transferred to you. The remaining amount represents profits that were generated via violation of the terms, primarily scalping.

Please be advised that, all rights under the bonus, come along with obligations.

We are happy to share all further details publicly, for further verification of the facts.

Your emails sent to us after the repatriation of your funds lend credence to our belief that the violation of the terms was done willingly, and include indications that you shall continue to malign us on public fora, despite our attempts to provide a more than fair resolution to your specific situation.

The choice of trading technology a broker offers its clients, is based on the overall strategy of the broker and how it would like to develop its brand.

Would it like to offer traders a new alternative to the existing brokers, wiith new tools, lots of new markets, better trading conditions and a different user experience OR would it want to be the same product as thousands of others with a different name?

Would it like to be a clone of thousands of other brokerages that offer the same markets, the same platform(MT4 or 5), the same set of trading tools and the same experience for traders?

To answer your question, most major independent brands that are respected in the industry do not priortize Meta Trader, or do not offer it AT ALL.
