Capital Group terrible experience.
Severn Trent Water contract Capital Group to clean up the mess they leave behind.
After a recent water leak the Capital Road Sweeper arrived in the close.
Leaking Diesel, the operator proceeded to drive up and down the close in an attempt to clear up the sand and mud on the roadway and in the gutter.
After the failed attempt he then used a high-power jet washer, resulting in loose road chipping being sprayed onto my front garden and my neighbour's.
When I told the operator that I was not happy, he simply shrugged his shoulders.
I then spoke to his supervisor who offered to send out another road sweeper to clear up the diesel spillage and sweep the chipping from the gardens.
I declined the offer, stating I had no confidence in Captial Group to put matters right based on what I had experienced.
The complete disregard for people's property is bad enough but the poor handling of the complaint made through Severn Trent and Capitals response means I cannot recommend the company.
