Super slow and ineffective
Tried ordering a plaque through Canary Canary on February 3. Waited for months. There was an error in their system, which is why they added the wrong name. The same happened to my business partner. They admitted their process was ineffective and have changed it since then (which I respect). And after going back and forth, they did refund me (which I respect as well). But what I don't understand is why they don't take accountability and just ship me the plaque with the right name. Now I have to reorder and go through the same process. A whole year will pass before I get a plaque, which shouldn't be that hard. I also had to follow up multiple times through email, and their responses have been on the slow side. I give them 2 stars because they do solve issues (sort of, though ineffectively), yet they do it in an extremely slow way.
