This is my second time purchasing an appliance from CAS and I needed a new fridge asap. Since it didn’t meet the traditional dimensions I decided to use the Live Agent feature and chat with an agent to get this sorted. It was quick and efficient and all completed in about 20 minutes. They were also able to deliver the fridge the following day. I would highly recommend.

It was an easy process and everyone I dealt with professional. Doesn’t hurt that they had a sale in and I got a great deal! Even the delivery team was great. I’ll definitely look at them first if I need anything else. Highly recommend. Thanks, CAS!

It was possible to buy the appliances online and still get a good deal. Also, it was delivered really quickly on our chosen day and the 4 hour window was accurate.

Dev was very helpful in selecting the right appliances, getting us a discount for multiple items and warranty assistance. Speedy delivery as well. Crew that delivered was careful, quick and did a great job also. I really like the live time tracking so you have a good idea on when the crew will arrive, rather than wait unknowingly all day.

I was intimidated to come into the store thinking I was going to get a hard sell and pushed into something more expensive that I wanted. We were greeted, directed to the product we were interested in and then allowed to browse for a moment. Jainil came over and offered us a great deal on a floor model dishwasher that and was able to assure us if all we wanted was a basic but really functional dishwasher this was all we needed. The price on the Broan range hood was amazing for the CFMs compared to what we had been looking at in the big box stores. He was friendly and had excellent product knowledge, because he hadn’t been pushy or trying to upsell, I had an open mind to listen to the benefits of the extended warranty on the dishwasher and purchased that as well.

The first and most relevant point is you have no service back up. Your sales person never explained this. She even went out to say that the delivery people would hook up the ice maker . Fat chance. When the delivery people arrived I was told I had to unhook the fridge and get it positioned for take away this was never explained . They came in with dirty shoes across my living room carpets not a good thing I asked them if they had a floor covering for this they said no.after much conversation they took the old fridge out. Now we come to the new fridge they lined it up with the space for the fridge to go told me I had to put on the doors and level them. I was able to get handles on but I have to get a third party to fix doors as the freezer door does not close properly. Now when it comes to trying to get sales person to explain problems no call back. When I try and talk to customer care they do not want to listen all they say is we do not have appliance service people and transfer you back to your sales person line who does not answer . Last but not least the fridge I got does not have adjustable shelves was not told about this . I Wouk’s have thought a 1900 fridge would have these. I found out the 36 inch model does but that fridge is too large a disappointment as that one seemed perfect or more acceptable . I will be going down to your store on kennaston and present my bill for the door adjustment . I already know the reception I will get. I was also looking into a new washer and dryer no chance giving you people the business . If asked if I would recommend you forget it . The public relations and service is abysmal . I happen to be 77 years old and was put under a lot of stress and aggravation and this does not help my medical conditions . Got fridge Friday august 11 2023.

I was not pushed or was I pressured by a salesperson and the store felt very inviting.

The sales team did a great job, helping me and getting me the product I wanted quickly and at the best price! Jainil and the delivery team also fabulous did a great job!

Smooth sail from order to delivery. Only hiccup being delivery deferred one day upon payment. But thats OK.

Everything from the purchase to the delivery was top notch !

Unique appliances with good deals

Very helpful, good pricing and selection.

The ordering experience was OK after a little of back & forth, however I still haven’t received my order.
It was originally scheduled for about 2 weeks from the order date, then they called back to further delay the order & now they have called back a third time to reschedule. I was told from beginning the product was in stock, so I believe it’s more a case of a disorganized shipping/delivery department. Hopefully the product works well when/if I finally receive it.

The immediate availability of the appliances was awesome. Delivery was on time and the sales person I felt with was great at explaining every thing

I have a great positive experience buying fridge and cooker. We get best price matching. The delivery time was accurate, and all. Our comments and concerns were met. I would recommend this place to pther people
