Great pricing but such variability between on-line and in store. My recommendation is to check out both before pulling the trigger on a new appliance.

I was able to receive a good deal on appliances and with friendly, fast and efficient service...

My fridge “died”. I shopped the big box retailers, both on-line and in person. None were able to provide me with a fridge on short notice. Someone suggested I contact Canadian Appliance Source. I went to their downtown location and saw Mr. Nader Haghdan. Nader was very helpful and found a fridge that met all my criteria to a tee and he arranged it for it to be delivered within a week. I was thrilled/relieved.

Easy to talk to customer representative whom was very helpful.

Very good experience. Walked in knowing basically what we wanted and got immediate help with making the right decisions.

Great customer service! I have to buy 5 appliances at once for my new place. Nadir has also helped me which appliance is best for the space I have and which one has the best value for my money. I am happy with my purchases and Nadir has gone above and beyond in supporting me with my purchases and arranging the deliveries. The deliveries were also on time.

I went to the store to buy a dryer, the salesman told me that I could pick up the item within a week, that’s why I buy that unit. I went to the warehouse twice, and the second time I went , the warehouse staff told my item is going out somewhere, and they don’t know when it will be the next delivery. Then they made me to call the sales manager. I called the sales manager trying to solve the problem; all he can do was either refund or pick up something in the warehouse stocked. I was in a hurry and pick the 2nd option. He said that he would give me a good deal, then I take the dryer and go home. After I got home and go online search the item that I pick up, then I know that the sales manager didn’t even give me the in store price. I am not happy at all. The online deal was 999$, the warehouse staff showed me on the warehouse computer, I went online on my phone and the price was 899$, I had a screenshot on my phone.

The purchase part was great. Nader was very helpful in my appliance selection.
The delivery part was great and seamless as well.
But the installation part and dealing with Quick Contractors was confusing and painful.... many emails and phone calls with no response.
The installers themselves were very professional.
Would be nice if CAS could coordinate this service for clients in the future.

Definitely the easiest appliance purchase I have ever made! Online chat, phone call and 3 days later my new fridge is in my kitchen and the old one is gone! Excellent selection, good pricing and great customer service.

Nader went above and beyond to help us find the right dishwasher. You always know the salesperson is working for you when he tells you the cheaper model is the better option for your needs.

Sales person said the products were in stock so we said great - go ahead. Turned out he lied to us and then quoted 3-4 week delivery. Had to have our money refunded. Don’t ever lie to me.

The service in the store was good and the delivery was excellent. Very organised, polite and efficient. They rang and confirmed which entrance to come via, were there within the specified window, clean and tidy.
