I’d never purchased anything from Canadian appliance source, so I was a little apprehensive. Placed an order for a washing machine online only to find out through an email that it is out of stock. I called and was told it would be a couple of weeks and not to worry, I could cancel any time, very friendly and helpful. Two weeks later washing machine arrived was installed and the old one taken away and it took under 15 minutes. There was a very helpful delivery tracker, which let me know how many stops before me. I would definitely recommend Canadian appliance source.

What went wrong? Everything, Oven glass door is broken, you're offering 100$ instead of changing it. That's unacceptable. Installation sucked, didn't install the dryer, didn't gave me the tube to connect it, had to buy one when it's supposed to be installed. Dryer is missing all of it's legs. Dryer and washer aren't leveled. Customer service is trying to lowball me. Incredible, what a shame.

I am extremely disappointed with Canadian Appliance Source and would strongly advise others to think twice before buying from them.

I purchased a brand-new refrigerator over the phone after speaking with one of their sales representatives. At no point was I informed that this model cools the refrigerator compartment by pushing freezing air from the freezer into the fridge. Had I known this important design characteristic, I would never have purchased this model.

Since day one, the refrigerator has been freezing food stored in the fresh food compartment. I have had milk freeze solid, eggs freeze, Greek yogurt freeze, and numerous other groceries ruined. The financial loss has been significant, not to mention the inconvenience.

When I contacted Canadian Appliance Source, I wasn't asking for a refund. I wasn't even asking for compensation. I simply wanted to exchange the refrigerator for a more suitable model, and I was fully prepared to pay the difference for a more expensive unit.

Their response was simply: "The refrigerator is working properly."

That was the end of the conversation.

To make matters worse, they sent a technician who confirmed that the refrigerator is operating as designed. In other words, the design itself is the problem for my needs, yet nobody mentioned this before the sale.

The complete lack of customer service and willingness to find a reasonable solution has been shocking. Once they have your money, they seem to have no interest in customer satisfaction.

As a business owner with several companies in Montreal and Quebec, I regularly purchase commercial and residential appliances. Unfortunately, because of this experience, Canadian Appliance Source has permanently lost my business, and I will be sharing this experience within my professional network.

I cannot recommend Canadian Appliance Source and will never purchase from them again.

I buy all appliance from those guys. It is WUSIWUG. It is all there as sold and promised. Period

Easy to order, fast delivery, competitive price, competent and caring delivery people.

Had many limitations but agent helped me find pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Delivery went well, excellent overall!

good product, works fine, just that the 1 delivery the equipement was damage and I have to ask for a return and the 2 delivery was ok

just wanted to posta rebuttal to another review from a DD in Montreal. he said he requested a fridge moved from his basement and into his garage and the one in the garage removed. So this clown thinks this is a moving company. They sell and deliver appliances. its not a moving company. He goes on to state it was blackmail delivery service. Hey DD thats a bit dramatic. Could you point to the spot on the teddy bear where you were hurt? Heres the rules. One appliance delivered and one appliance removed. You really did not expect free moving,....did you? Cheap a$$. Hope you see this

The best deal for the fridge I was looking for,
Sonia Clair was very polite and helpful when they fixed a mistake that I realized I made on the order. The delivery went smoothly and the delivery drivers carefully carried to fridge to where I wanted it.

I ordered and paid for a new fridge. I went in to the Decarie Blvd store, in Montreal, in person, to ensure my needs were understood, and met. I dealt with Oumou, and explained that I wanted the fridge in the basement, moved to the garage, and the one in the garage removed. She wrote down these instructions and showed them to me. When the delivery guys arrived, they refused, insisting on more money. Don't trust this place or their deceptive advertising. The website says they'll reverse the door if requested. When requested, this service was unavailable. Horrible service, blackmail delivery service, dishonest to the core. Don't shop there!

Excellent telephone service from Danny Emerald, search and purchase completed in about 30 minutes.

Bad experience starting from a long delay on delivery wven though the seller told me that had the dishwasher in stock. For delivery, I had to carry the dishwaher in the stairs as the delivery boys did not want to carry the dishwasher more than 10 stairs (I had 25 stairs...). It was ridiculous as more than 75% of the appartment in Montreal have more than 10 stairs.

I highly recommend sales rep Danny Amaral. Great, honest, professional and likeable. I had an unfortunate situation with the delivery being delayed due to a delivery person's injury and then my stove was damaged, but a replacement was sent and all went well the second time.

Great service, very professional sales rep. Delivery was within the planned timeslot. The delivery personnel did a very good job removing, disposing then installing my new appliances (washer & dryer). Everything from beginning to end worked perfectly.
