Range Ventilation Fan frustrating experience
Purchased a display range ventilation unit from the Mississauga Heartland store. Unit was missing 2 filters. The salesman indicated that they were easily purchased at various retailers in Canada. No such case. After weeks of trying to find them I gave up and ordered them from the manufacturers US site. Couldn't use the fan in the interim after I paid $175 to install it. If any "deals" have missing parts, walk away. Do yourself a favor and buy from a big box store. You may spend a few more dollars but have a lot less headaches.

My Midea washer door brook within one…
My Midea washer door brook within one year of use. It had 4yrs extended guarantee. I requestd repair or replacement but my request was rejected. If we buy extended warranty and our product is not repaired then what is the use of buying the warrantly.
The claim was incorrectly categorized as accidental or cosmetic damage. The structural integrity of the plastic outer door rim suffered a spontaneous, catastrophic failure during a standard high-speed spin cycle. The rotational pressure fractured the plastic rim near the hanger, causing the heavy glass door assembly to detach completely on its own

Canadian Appliance Source does not make decisions regarding repair claim approvals or denials under either the manufacturer's warranty or extended warranty plans, including those administered by Comerco. Those determinations are made solely by the warranty provider based on their assessment and the warranty terms.
In this case, the damage to the washer door was determined to be physical/cosmetic damage, which is not covered under the warranty. Door damage of this nature is generally associated with physical stress or impact rather than a sudden product failure. If you have questions regarding the assessment or wish to appeal the decision, you will need to contact the manufacturer or Comerco directly.

Customer Service needed to be embarrassed.
We had a plumber come to install our new dishwasher and when he turned it on it was clear there was a faulty part inside the unit, as it leaked a lot. So we called to have another one delivered....but was told by your admin that it would take a minimum of two days to address our broken dishwasher. I called three different times and was hoping you people would speed up your process when I told them we had a baby shower two days away. Told them, they need to step up their game and get my situation addressed in real time. NOPE. I was told, NO WAY, all three times I called. AND SO, I personally went into the store and was very loud explaining my situation to our salesman. All sales desks had potential buyers at their desk. I believe they might have lost some sales as the potential customers listened to how nothing could be done to speed up the return process. Our salesman quickly grabbed the phone and called your warehouse and arranged the pickup and delivery of a new dishwasher for the next day. I was able to get this installed and we were able to have our party with a new working dishwasher to help clean up. But what happened to your customer service here? I had to embarrass your staff by going into the store to get some action....and it worked...BUT really, you people need to step up your game when this kind of situation arrises, especially when it is no fault of the customer.

He provided timely responses and open communication that gave us comfort and confidence that the appliance portion of our renovation project was in good order and the company came through with the flexibility we needed given timing of delivery was dependent on other trades and out of our control. The GE Profile, this is a second set of appliances we owned. best laundry set ever owned.
GE Profile washer and dryer is our second set. Previous was sold with house. These are really heavy duty machines with elegant classy look. It can take King size comforter, both machines are quiet, loaded with many operational functions including wi-fi. One the best air venting after washing cycle to prevent bad smell and mold, water residue built up.simple the best.

The installation was done incorrectly
The installation was done incorrectly. The installer stacked the dryer on top of the washer in a way that prevents me from opening the detergent dispenser. Please ensure your installers receive proper training to avoid issues like this.
Having to schedule another appointment to correct an installation error is extremely inconvenient. This is unacceptable, and I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
