Once I had agreed to purchase the item, it was almost impossible to get back to the salesperson and get them to keep to the delivery schedule that was initially promised. Day of delivery they sent on
There is so much that went wrong with this delivery, that there is not enough space in this box to describe the amount of problems and lack of care that Canada Appliance has, with regards to customer service, delivery and follow up. I am beyond disappointed.

Bad advice causing additional high…
Bad advice causing additional high expenses for kitchen modifications. Incorrect information concerning number of fridge filters included. Salesman knowledgeable but 0% collaboration after sale. Delivery very bad. Had to argue for water line installation, had to remove inside house doors myself and they did not adjust fridge doors. No adjustment of oven. These services are included but not honoured.

Une rencontre en magasin positive. Le vendeur semblait très bien connaître ses produits et a répondu à toutes nos questions. La seule chose c’est qu’il ne connaissait pas les horaires de livraison et nous a proposé un samedi alors qu’il n’y a aucune livraison le samedi. Décevant quand les électros que nous possédons actuellement sont vendus et qu’ils doivent être ramassés le samedi prévu initialement pour notre livraison. Résultat : nous devrons nous passer de cuisinière, de réfrigérateur et de lave-vaisselle pendant 3 jours!

Le vendeur m'a donné un bon service et m'a bien écoutée.
Par contre comme l'appareil que je désirais n'était pas en montre, je l'ai acheté sur image. Peut-être que si je l'avais vu, j'en aurais choisi un autre. Mais j'ai une bonne part de responsabilité dans ce choix.
