Words escape me really I am on my final year of my trust deed and always complied with everything this company asked me to only to find out that I have been given over to another company called Carrington Dean that I don't want anything to do with nor know nothing about them my financial matters been moved to someone else without my permission it's an absolute disgrace and my first real interaction with them was a text telling me there taking money from me on the 1st of April think there was a better be money there or else kind of attitude never missed a payment I had nothing but praise for Campbell Wallace Fraser now I'm just disgusted with them passed about like an old rag disgraceful and not right .

I finished my trustee deed in 22 0ctober 2020,still my discharge is not realeased,when there agent make me joined,told me it is three years but guys for discharging they take you for good time and patience . suggest all to take them from them in written no verbal lollypops by there agents.after finishing you will get lollypops to get discharge full one.better go to other companies,today this bank didn't given discharge tomorrow another bank didnot .I never ever recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the service provided to me. It was managed in a quick and impartial way which put me at much ease. I would highly recommend using this service to anyone who finds themselves in financial difficulty. The greatest difficulty was plucking up the courage to call, thereafter all my finances were handled quickly.

I contacted Campbell Wallace as I saw no way out of my money worries but after I got in contact with this company they have sorted my worries out not only am I paying off my debts affordable to me I'm also looking into a future that will be debt free and a much happy and healthier life. I wish I had done what I'm doing now years ago

As you’ll know, if you’re close to applying for trusteeship: you’ve reached the end. You’re at that point of no return, and you’ve likely suffered; a loss, job, partner, whatever it may be. It’s a truly hopeless, and lightless place!

Your anxiety builds. What - should/could - be a simple call, or calls becomes a behemoth you cannot climb. Shame takes over. You’re convinced that your situation, and you even, are pathetic.

This is where I was. In a cave of my own building. And a kind soul named Jon, reached a hand in. Honestly, if I had not felt such strong, caring energy from that call, my life would be vastly different today. You know that way, you can feel a vibe. A joke is made, you’re given a straight assured, reassurance and you feel part of the world again: that is how Jon made me feel.

I have no idea who this man is. What his story is, or what he looks like. But I know he is a good man, who truly helped me believe in myself again. He doesn’t know, that I cried pretty much the whole call, it wasn’t sadness. But relief. I cannot express with any truer sincerity, how amazing his customer service and manner was.

Whoever you are Jon, your above and beyond saved me. It was a step in the road to my recovery. A kick up the proverbial ass I truly needed after grief pushed me onto — said - ass.

If he was in front of me during that call I’d have hugged him! That’s all really.
